This condo is 1 of only 2 units at Beach Club with its own pool entrance and is steps away from the beach access gate! You won't get any closer!! Walking distance to all of Pensacola Beach's best restaurants!
This adorable space features 1 king bed, 1 double-double bunk bed, and 1 twin trundle bed, perfect for a variety of guests. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. Be at ease if you have small children, with balcony doors built for safety and an additional gate between the balcony and pool. Beach chairs and umbrella included with your stay! This condo is located at Beach Club, with Aqua Spa conveniently located on the first floor of the tower, right next the gym. With an indoor AND outdoor pool, both with spas, guests are sure to enjoy all of the amenities this property has to offer!

We've stayed in multiple condos at the Beach Club Resort & Spa but always in the tower. This was the first time we rented one of the cabanas in the lower buildings. I specifically was looking for one of the cabanas that led directly to the pool, and luckily, I came across this condo. It was super convenient to just go in and out of the condo to the pool/beach. The condo itself was very clean and comfy. There was only 3 of us staying there, so we had plenty of room. The host herself was extremely easy to work with and responded fast to any of my questions. No issues with the check-in/check-out process. Thank you so much!

Excellent location on the beach with terrific views. It is also on the pool, just step outside and hop in. Short walk to the pier as well. Easy parking and easy to get in.Clean, new, and well equipped. A/C is great!We visited with one parent and two kids. Quite comfortable for up to 5. More than 5 would be cramped.Small things to fix: lightbulbs out and dim in the master bed, lightbulb colors are mismatched in kitchen. I don’t think it is mechanically possible to access the toaster. I can’t figure out how they got it in that cabinet.Overall excellent.

To be this close to the beach. Fabulous!! Everything else. NO!! Extremely cramped inside with very uncomfortable furniture. I would not recommend bringing over a party of 3 adults. It could have been cleaner. But wasn't horrible. Would I stay there agian, yes. But do not consider it sleeps 7. It sleeps 4 at best.

Hi! I’m sorry to hear that you felt the unit was too small. As stated in the description, it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Our family has personally enjoyed the condo with two adults and four children. It has always worked well for us and that is what it’s meant to be, a unit that accommodates one family (small or a bit larger). It seems obvious that a two bedroom condo would not accommodate any more than four grown adults, the maximum headcount is meant to allow families with several children the opportunity to book. Furthermore, the pictures (taken at standard camera range) show exactly what the unit offers, I can’t imagine why you expected something different or larger than what you saw in the photos but I do apologize that you chose to rent a two bedroom condo and expected more space than that provides.

IssuesLight bulbs in kitchen mismatched and one burr out. Master bathroom bulbs are miss matched. Dummy knobs in bath room have been ripped off and reinstalled in wrong directions, because the ball catch doesn’t work at the top of the-doors. The master shower tub slow drains so your feet are in dirty soap water, gross. The sliding door tracks need cleaned and lubed almost impossible to open and close. The chairs on back porch are bent down, feels like your sliding out of them all the time. No table on the back porch with solid surface coffee will spill on the wicker one. Master bedroom needs black out curtains can’t sleep as light is right out side the window. Living room curtains can be seen through at night from outside needs black out curtains also. Back steep stairs are rotting and seem to be caving in soon. Table and chairs in kitchen to big refrigerator door hits when someone is in the chair, also can’t walk past to get to the sink. No other sitting areas besides the couch, the two cute chairs are worthless. No one can sit on them comfortably they are small and straight vertical. Pocket door on haul bath has no lock on it and does not slide easy same issue for 2nd bedroom with bunks. But that one slides fine. Master bed room needs head board tighten or screwed to the wall cannot move around with it waking up everyone in the house. GoodWalk out is nice and very convenien.Views are nice. Colors flow easy through out property. Seems like it had new floors and cabinets.

Hi! We have changed the two lightbulbs in question. We checked the dummy knobs and those are installed correctly. The tub has been filled and drains well. The sliding door is, in fact, heavy to open -that is an intentional safety feature, in addition to the gate with top latch on the balcony. If you are staying in our condo with a toddler, I assure you, he/she will not be opening the door to get to the pool. Our 8 year old opens and closes the door without assistance but our 4 year old cannot so it's working percectly by design :) The curtains are meant for privacy, not to block the beauty on the other side of them. We find the chairs/furniture quite comfortable and the reviews on Serena and Lily are stellar. It's impossible for our stairs to be rotten as they are synthetic wood (photo on listing). VRBO actually contacted me about the potential safety risk of the stairs and agreed that they are completely safe and closed the "investigation" within a couple of hours of receiving videos of the stairs and property. I think your entire review might be a result of my declining your repeated attempts to get a discounted rate (a request you made before booking and again after). We offered you a FULL refund up to the day of check-in even after you were so difficult to deal with. We were willing to give you all of your money back so you could go stay somewhere else (and there were plenty of accomodations available in April). You choose to stay in our condo after walking the property. You told me you had stayed in other condos at Beach Club and ours was nicer. Still we gave you the option to either check-in at noon, 4 hours early, or get a full refund. You decided to stay and then left a review that is dishonest and malicious. I do hope you find accommodations elsewhere that meet your needs in the future.

The condo is very close to the pool and the beach. There are also two ways to enter which is helpful. The host was quick to respond when we had questions. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. My only complaint was the furniture in living room. It was not really comfortable for four people to sit and watch a movie. Sofa was very comfy but the two small chairs were not so great. Overall was a very nice place to stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We have been vacationing along the Gulf Coast every year for over 30 years, and this is hands down one of the nicest condos we’ve ever stayed in.The condo has been beautifully renovated and updated. We had friends staying in three other condos on the same property, and every one of them felt much more dated. This one was fresh, bright, and decorated so beautifully—it honestly felt like something you’d find on 30A.The location within the property was one of our favorite things. Being able to get to the pool and beach so easily without having to walk all the way around the building, use the main entrance, or deal with the key fob every time was such a game changer. With five kids, that convenience made our vacation so much more enjoyable.The host was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful from the very beginning. She worked with us on a check-in time that helped us get our kids settled, groceries unloaded, and naps started, which we appreciated so much. She also gave us great recommendations for restaurants and the easiest ways to get around the area. Every question I had was answered quickly and thoughtfully.The condo was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed, very comfortable, and extremely affordable for the quality. I honestly can’t think of a single thing that could have been better.We will absolutely stay here again, and I’ve already told several friends they need to also!
