Casa Seakarus is a Caribbean retreat just 1/2 mile north of San Sedro Town.Easy access to San Pedro via golf car, taxi, or bike, safe neighborhood, close to the beach and the best nightlife on the island, several grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. The location of this home is perfect!! This two-bedroom loft has west-side water views and a private gated driveway. The owner lives on-site and is available to give recommendations and help with tours and questions.
This beautiful home is located on the lagoon side of Ambergris Caye, with breathtaking views of the sunset. It has a spacious open living area with a fully equipped kitchen, great for cooking and hanging out with friends or family. The home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
All home amenities, including A/C and other major utilities and appliances, are maintained in working order.
If any amenities in your suite need to be fixed or replaced, our full-time maintenance staff can attend to most repairs or replacements.
Our place is located in the Boca Del Rio area, a two-minute walk to the beach area that has popular beach bars such as Wayo's Beach Bar, Sandy Toes Beach Bar, Playa Bar and Grill, Loser's Beach Bar on the Water, and even the renowned Palapa Bar. Our place is located around the bridge you cross to head over to the north side of the island hot spot called "Secret Beach" for a lovely day of fun under the sun.

A Great Place to Stay

The property had a perfect location for all your activities and the hosts Jill and Manuel were very easygoing. The boat in the backyard is an extra plus-hope to stay there again!

Perfect in town location

We had a great time and enjoyed the view and the accommodations. The bedrooms are at opposite ends so you don't hear noise from other room, very spacious and had everything we needed! We will be back to enjoy the island again. Jill and Manny were very helpful and accommodating.

Great San Pedro Stay!

We enjoyed being close to town, right by the bay waters, and in a safe area. The house was very nice and had AC in all rooms except for bathrooms, but that wasn’t an issue. The hosts were exceptional and were quick to answer questions and make recommendations. We are thankful to Jil and Manuel for our stay!

Great location, beautiful home, wonderful hosts!

The house was beautiful and very clean. Two couples easily shared the space and had plenty of privacy. It is located within walking distance of the beach and several restaurants/bars. It is just south of the bridge, a short distance from a grocery store and gas station. Jill and Manuel were very responsive hosts. We really enjoyed our visit to San Pedro!

Second loft bedroom not okay

The loft second bedroom has only 5 ft of headroom! Only suitable for small short children or Dwarves! Our second couple had to move out and find a separate place to stay! Not as advertised! Only suitable for one couple and small children!!

Great 1st visit!

This was our first visit to Belize. Great location! Jill and Manuel were great hosts. They had lots of suggestions for us for places to eat and things to see. Jill was very helpful in setting us up with transportation to and from the airport and helped us get a golf cart (which was essential to have from our perspective). Very clean, high quality apartment, no drama

The place is gorgeous, the beds are amazing and all is very clean. Very easy check in, despite the fact we had no phone service. Jill is very communicative and went out of her way to make sure we arrived safely. The location is very close to a beach where I encountered a ray the first time I waded into the water. There are multiple locations to purchase local food nearby. Best of all were the snorkeling tours arranged through Manny (Jill's husband) and Clifford. Out of this world the amount of marine life we were able to see and interact with, fish and eat. Manny, hands down, makes the best ceviche I have ever eaten.
