With a prime location near the beach and everything Nags Head has to offer, this lovely Outer Banks condo is simply the best option for your next family beach-cation! Located on the second floor, this waterfront retreat features a sunny open layout with a flatscreen TV with cable (all over TVs are Smart TVs), an updated kitchen with Drip and Keurig coffee makers, updated bathrooms, and a 38-foot deck facing the pool, which is a great spot to enjoy a nice cup of coffee while watching the sunrise. Guests will find all the comforts of home in a serene setting and a great location for surf fishing. The main draws of this condo? The direct beach access, which offers fun in the sun, and access to a community outdoor pool!

Great location

We enjoyed the location. Plenty of restaurants we could walk to and the beach was right there. The condo had plenty of room and everything we needed.Great stay!

Lovely Stay

I was in town for just a few days and was grateful to find a partial week stay, on the beach that was affordable for just me. I ate all my meals in and the kitchen supplies were perfect. The place was very clean and roomy. A very comfortable place to hang out while I was not out and about exploring the Outer Banks! Weather was still a little cool in March, but the sun was shining every day! I look forward to going back again one day!

Nice place bad management company!

Really nice house and set up! Hate seeing them use a management company. No room to check in early or late (even with a 6 week old) and wanted to stay an extra night as it wasn't booked and they wouldn't even offer a slight discount or deal and we were already there. Trash sat in the downstairs lobby open (gross) the entire time we were there. Our bedroom had a broken window (was labeled) and no fan so it was toasty. If you know it’s broken and have time to label it fix it. Beautiful bathrooms, comfy big beds and nice set up! Comparing it to other places at the beach we frequent through air b and b and they supply everything - beach towels, pack and plays, high chairs, basics like aluminum foil, scotch tape, tissues, board games, blankets, everything! This management company gave the bare essentials- two trash bags for an entire stay, limited towels, and no hand soap for kitchen. Also, the front door is impossible to get into you have to turn the lock not the knob they need to give instructions on that. Really nice place but the management company really ruined it for us. You shouldn’t be wanting for towels and trash bags at a place you are paying top dollar for.

Great experience

Both the host and Vacasa kept us informed before the stay And was easy to reach while we were there with questions we had. Very comfortable home. Would definitely return again.

Awesome location, great condo

We were very pleased with our stay at Nauti by Nature. We arrived a bit early and were able to get in the condo. It was just as pictured. We chose our rooms and got settled. While the view is blocked by the dunes, we knew that we weren't going to be able to see the ocean, but we did watch the sunrise almost every morning and it was stunning each time. We cooked dinner a few times during our stay and we were able to find everything that we needed. In addition to a Keurig, there is a drip coffee machine, which was important to us. There is a knife block with lots of great knives and the pots and pans were perfect for our needs. Each bathroom had some shampoo, conditioner, soap and toilet paper to get us started. That was super helpful! The location of Nauti by Nature is perfect if you want to be close to everything. There are restaurants on the beach road and there a multiple grocery stores within 2-5 miles We took walks every day and never felt like it was too crowded or dangerous to cross the beach road. There are tvs in each bedroom and in the living area and all of them were set up with streaming services. Wifi was great and we sat at the pool even though it was no open, and were able to use the condo's wifi. One last thing: when leaving the condo, if you don't turn the bolt lock, the door is not locked. So make sure that you turn the bolt lock. All in all, it was AWESOME! Thanks for a great week!

I can see why this place is rated so highly – it was beautiful, spacious, clean, and the location is wonderful. I would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending to others as well!

Perfect holiday retreat

Weekend girls trip

Took a last minute trip for some much needed relaxation and this place did not disappoint. The kitchen was well stocked and the place felt very comfortable. Condo was in a great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment

It’s located in a convenient spot just inside of Nags Head. The pool and beach access on the side of the building are great. The apartment is spacious. downfalls: Vacasa was absolutely horrible to deal with. We were told the property owners would call us due to delayed check in and we never heard from anyone.

Perfect place to vacation.

This was perfect for our group. Plenty of room for everyone and direct access to the beach. If it rained, we could sit on the porch and enjoy the view, or could even go inside and enjoy it. It had everything we needed for a full week. We hated to leave. Will definitely be back.

Great location

3 king beds with clean, spacious living area was perfect for what we needed. The pool was a bonus! This place is a must stay! The large sliding glass doors give access to a large balcony for watching the sunrise.

What happened?!

This was our 3rd time staying at Nauti by Nature. The first two times were perfection. We spent this 3rd time wondering if the rental had new management? New cleaning people? We were scratching our heads as this stay was so different than the other two. When we arrived and everyone took their own rooms, one of the bathrooms was all sandy and clearly not cleaned. This bathroom also had its door lock reversed. We hadn’t seen this before but it was awkward for whoever was in the bathroom waiting for someone else to freely barge in. I asked if the management could reverse it but they never came. In getting cereal bowls from the kitchen cabinet, I pulled out two bowls with caked on spaghetti sauce and dried noodles. Not just specks of food, full on dried in the bowls. Appetites lost upon seeing this. There were definitely not enough covers on our beds, just a sheet and thin blanket. They have also put cheap looking slip covers on the sofas, covering up the beautiful beachy green sofas. We could not connect to WiFi for 2 days. We called about that. There was a hotspot in the condo just proving there was trouble with the WiFi. We also got a text saying painters were painting the balconies the following day but wouldn’t need access to the interior of the condo. Wednesday morning we were all woken up by banging on the door. It was the painters telling us they needed to go through our condo to get to the balcony so they could paint. After a few minutes of discussion between our family members, we contacted Vacasa about this and decided to let the painters in. We couldn’t go anywhere while the painters were working. We finally got a 12pm text from Vacasa saying painters would need to access the interior to paint the balcony. Too late, water under the bridge. Finally, the storage closet where you keep your beach chairs and kids toys was jam packed. Not with our things but a collection of prior tenants’ things? It was hard to store our stuff in the closet and then it was a struggle to get it out. I realize these things are not crises, just inconveniences. But we paid good money for this place and our stay just did not compare from the last two times we stayed. It was disappointing. Other than that, the location is great…on the beach and we love the pool. Normally Vacasa is very responsive. I’m not sure what was going on this week.

Nags Head Palace

Excellent furnishings, clean. Comfortable beds. Only concerns were the elevator was broken our entire stay, the heat/dry setting in the dishwasher does not work, bifold mirror doors in master bath need adjustment as they scrape. The kitchen could use a few glass measuring cups and a pitcher. Overall a plus.
