Wonderful stay!

Our family had a great time here! The property grounds and house were exactly as pictured, and the location is close too pretty much everything. The clubhose has lots to do from put put golf, to basketball court, pool, you name it. Everything was clean and the home itself was very welcoming. The property management company also was top notch. Adding this to our favorites list!

Great Time at a Great Home

The house looked just like the pictures. The amenities that were already in the home was a plus. It was 8 total in my group adults teens and younger kids and there was more than enough space. The pool and the game room and the PlayStation for the kids was a big hit. Speaking with the property manager was very easy and very fast response time. Would definitely recommend this house to others and may even book again myself.

Aug Vacation

The A/C took over 12 hours to cool the house. I understand it was a hot day but that was annoying. My only other complaint is the pots and pans where all scratched or dented so it was tough to cook with them.

Thank you for sharing your feedback about your stay. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the air conditioning taking a long time to cool the house, unfortunately it was above the machine capacity to cooler faster. We understand how frustrating that can be, especially on a hot day. Regarding the pots and pans, we're sorry to hear that they were scratched and dented, making it difficult to cook. We appreciate your input, and we'll take this into consideration for future improvements. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a more comfortable and enjoyable stay in the future. Thank you for choosing our property for your stay.

Amazing Property

My family and I stayed here for Christmas vacation. The home is amazing. You can smell the newness as you enter the property. Everything was clean and appeared as though we were the first renters although I don’t think we were. The home had the perfect balance for both adults and children to enjoy. The amenities at the clubhouse had enough to entertain the family for days. So if you plan to stay and visit Disney, Universal or any of the other attractions please be sure to add in a day at the resort. You will not be disappointed. The only recommendation I have is please add face cloths to the linen. There were ample towels for both showering and the pool, enough hand towels for everyone but there weren’t any face towels. Thanks for helping us have a memorable Christmas vacation.

Excellent Home/Great Neighborhood

My family and I stayed at this wonderfully designed home during Thanksgiving. The pictures are exactly how the home looks. We had two 13 year olds a 16 year old and an 18 year old along with 2 adults and everyone enjoyed their time here. The community center was great, fun for all ages. I sent a couple of messages, one about the pool warming services, and received a very prompt reply each time. The pool was perfect during the day and at night. We can't wait to visit again and we will definitely be staying here. Highly highly recommend.

Perfect for Families with Teen Athletes😃

We rented this for our family/friends Spring Break vacay. We had grandpa and grandma, mom and dad and then our 2 teenage boys with one friend each. It was great that our 18 year old son and his 17 year old friend could stay at the property and have plenty to do without us having to worry about them on days where the rest of the family went to Disney. It was perfect for them to play basketball, sand volleyball, bags, and mini putt plus have the pool and lazy river to relax in. The security presence was everywhere and made us feel totally safe in this gated community. The house we stayed at had a NBA game room and a PS5 so they could watch the March Madness games and get their gaming in at night (a hooper’s dream come true!). Very clean and spacious. We spent a lot of time looking for a resort in the Disney area that had full court basketball on-site and this one exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. We also went to an Orlando Magic game, Universal Studios, Disney Springs, and did a beach day at Cocoa Beach. This location in Davenport was great for all of these activities and not too far of a drive for anything we did.
