This two-story home sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the den.

The third bedroom is outfitted with a twin-over-twin bunk bed as well as both a twin and full-size bed.

The bathroom is configured with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination, while a half bath provides added convenience.

Your rental offers a private and serene setting at the end of a cul-de-sac, set adjacent to conservation land and Simmons Pond.

Head mere minutes to spend blissful days by the gentle surf at several nearby beaches, including Hyannis Port (1 mile), Eugenia Fortes (1 mile), Covell’s (1.5 miles), or Craigville (3.5 miles).

Venture just 1.5 miles to Main Street in Hyannis for waterfront shopping, restaurants, museums, evening concerts on the village green, and ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard.

Drive or ride 5.5 miles to hop on the Cape Cod Rail Trail, a 25-mile biking path that stretches from Dennis to Wellfleet.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
