Screened Heated Pool, Pet Friendly, 13 Min Beach

Mariana is a beautifully maintained 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom pool home in the east of Port St. Lucie — well rated over several years of hosting and our closest property to Jensen Beach Park.

The private heated pool is fully screened with a large lanai, outdoor dining for 6, and sun loungers. The fully fenced garden gives pets and children safe room to roam. A unique feature of the home is the pass-through window from the kitchen directly to the pool and patio area — perfect for outdoor entertaining. The patio faces east, so mornings here are special: watch the sunrise over the pool, and on cooler winter mornings, when conditions are right, water vapour rises off the heated pool with the sun streaming through — magical.

Inside, the open-plan living area has comfortable leather seating, a Samsung Smart TV, and dining for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full set of stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. A Hulu Live subscription is included for access to live sports, news, and streaming. Washer and dryer are in the property.

The master bedroom has a king bed, a Samsung Smart TV, and a refitted en-suite with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has two twin beds — both share the second bathroom with bathtub and shower. A crib, high chair, and booster seat are available for younger guests. Built-in closets in all bedrooms.

Jensen Beach Park is under 13 minutes away — miles of unspoilt beach with free parking, showers, and a beachside café. US1 is minutes away with Walmart (2.5 miles), restaurants, bars, and shops. Crosstown Parkway gives quick access to St. Lucie West. Clover Park (Mets spring training), PGA Village, and the Botanical Gardens are all nearby. I95 and the Florida Turnpike are easily reached for day trips to Orlando, Miami, or the Keys.

Pool heating to 86°F is included in your rate. Crib use and all standard features included.

A legal agreement will be required with a copy of a valid government photo ID. We are integrated hosts with our own platform that generates this information.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in PDL at this home. The pool was warm and very clean. It was the highlight of the trip for our grandsons. Shopping was just a short distance away, and there were plenty of wonderful restaurants in the area.

Very spacious, clean home, comfortable beds. Lots of towels and dishes, which makes it easier to enjoy the stay without having to wash clothes and dishes every day. Great pool & patio..Clean and quiet neighborhood. Shopping, restaurants and beach areas all nearby . Great place.. will definitely stay again if I come down this area in the future..Lovely home.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay Mark, we will check and address the grill as needed. We wish you had let us know during your stay so we could have addressed any issues straight away. Our cleaning and maintenance crew have not reported any issues with the grill and they normally do keep on top of that. Then again it is Florida, turn your back on it and your grill is can be rusty before you know it.

Quiet getaway for family of 5

We enjoyed our stay at this property for a spring break getaway to visit family in PSL. Communication with the host was excellent. Place was very clean and as described. The pool was lots of fun, and the neighborhood was lovely for taking walks. The setup worked great for our family of 5.

Family Trip

We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was super quiet and in great proximity of beaches. The pool was wonderful and we spent most of our time on the patio. The house was clean and cozy. We enjoyed playing the available board games also.

Clean and we enjoyed our stay with our service dog in training. Everything was great! Helpful book with things to do and wonderful communication with hosts!

The property has everything we needed for a month stay. It was very clean and homey. The heated pool was a super added plus. The property owners could not have been any nicer or receptive to our needs. We are planning on staying again next winter.

The property was as described. No garage opener and could use some additional bakeware. Nice pool, but the drop off from the last step to the bottom of the pool is quite a drop. No privacy in the back, and neighbors can easily see into the pool area. There were issues with the lights, which they fixed within a day. Do not park on the grass, as there are underground sprinklers. Overall, it was a quiet neighborhood.

Needed vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood and the pool was what we hoped for. If I could change anything it would be to have a 2nd TV other than that it was a great place and the owners were very pleasant. Would recommend this house for a vacation home.

Great Property

We really enjoyed our stay!! The house was perfect for us. The location is in a great neighborhood close to the beach and shopping. The owners were very nice to work with as well! We had an internet connection issue that was resolved within a couple hours. We especially enjoyed time in the lanai sitting by the pool. This was our second time renting from Andrea and Colin and we hope to make it an annual thing!

Perfect

We really enjoyed our stay ! The house was so clean and we really appreciated the little things like laundry soap , shampoo, coffee. Very helpful before we were able to get to the grocery. The kitchen was well equipped and fun to cook in. We also enjoyed the outdoor areas and quiet neighborhood. We spent most of our time at the beaches and went for daily walks in the Savannah park. Great house and Wonderful vacation!

Family Retreat and Reunion

Family members from several locations gathered for the first time since before COVID. Six of us stayed at this lovely house and others stayed with family nearby, but we all gathered together (with property owners advance permission) at this lovely family home to enjoy family meals and relax around the pool. It was just what we needed and the house was a perfect setting for us.

When we arrived in Port St. Lucie we instantly knew this was where we wanted to put down our roots — from Jensen Beach Park to St. Lucie West and everything up and down US1 from Fort Pierce to Jupiter. We loved it so much we've since added more properties here, and are happy to share our little piece of paradise with you.
