We had a great stay! The unit was simple, comfortable, and conveniently located close to the beach. The Murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, glassware, and basic cooking supplies. We also appreciated the nice refrigerator and filtered water. It had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway.

This property is wonderfully located in the heart of the town with easy access to the beach, trails, train, & restaurants! Loved all of the amenities the property had to offer making this stay an enjoyable, fun, high activity stay! There was nothing preventing us from being bored or demanding a vehicle to get around! Gorgeous condo! The hosts were very accommodating and responsive, and everything ran very smoothly. The condo is about a two-minute walk to the beach, with lots of cute cafes, restaurants, and shopping nearby. Missing it already!

Condo is clean and in a great location. Everything we needed was provided for- beach towels, beach chairs, bikes. We walked to the beach trail every morning for a morning cardio and role the trolley to do some shopping. Hosts were attentative and easy to communicate with.

Excellent location, nice bedding, very quiet considering how close it is to the street/crowd.Everything I need was provided in the room and everything works, I was a bit worried about the noise of the fridge given the close proximity to the bed but it was a non issue.The only two things could be better are the (lack of) dedicated parking space and my stay overlap with street cleaning and the summer crowds made it a bit anxious inducing, but I didn’t have any problem finding the space to park.Also the ceiling/floor with upstairs neighbor was no match for the exciting vacationing kids.My dog and I had a great time!

Cutest little stay!

My husband and I had a long weekend here and the space was perfect! The Murphy bed was a fun quirk and super comfy. Hosts were great, location was great! We are from San Clemente originally and look forward to utilizing this gem on more of our return trips to see friends and family :)

Great vacation getaway

The condo had everything we needed and more! Pete and Cathy were amazing hosts and have thought of everything. Great Condo

Fantastic Stay!

We had the most amazing time in San Clemente. We felt like we were staying at a 5 star resort with Cathy’s attention to detail. She provides everything that you need and more such as fresh beach towels, an array of drinks in the fridge, and even a bottle of wine upon arrival. The room was incredibly clean as well. With a 30 second walk to the beach, coffee shops, and restaurants it was truly a relaxing getaway.

Dog friendly studio by the pier

Adorable little studio with all you need. Great location, great amenities (including an outdoor shower that is great for dogs if you are bringing yours) and a nice big bed that pulls out from the wall! We found street parking in front of the condo and didn’t have to move our car, as we walked everywhere we went!

Awesome

This was a great place for my son and his wife. They loved it. Very close to the pier and the place the rest of the family was staying. Fantastic communication with owner. Kids loved it especially having the bikes. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location

Could not have been better and we will absolutely return! We were even welcomed by a bottle of wine and drinks in the fridge. The unit is in a perfect location. A quick walk to the pier or downtown San Clemente for dining and shopping. Just steps away from the beach path for a beautiful walk or run. The bed was super comfortable. All around perfect!
