## Logement
Located on the 12th floor with elevator, it comprises:
- sleeping areas with a pull-out bed in the ceiling and a convertible sofa (the loft features a sliding door revealing a sleeping area separate from the living area);
- a functional shower room;
- a fully-equipped kitchen.

You'll particularly appreciate the peace and quiet of the loft, and the breathtaking view over the Canal de l'Ourcq from the balcony, ideal for enjoying the sunset or a morning coffee.

During your stay, you'll have at your disposal:Television, high-speed fiber (800 Mbps for comfortable teleworking, the front door is connected with the code so no more forgotten keys), video projector for movie nights, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, fan, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee. There is access for people with reduced mobility.

The accommodation is located at 19 quai de l'Oise, a stone's throw from the Parc de la Villette and the Ourcq (line 5) and Laumière (line 7) subway stations. A true cocoon in the city, quiet and well served.

The neighborhood is also lively and pleasant, perfect for enjoying Paris in a different way.
Just downstairs, the bar "Les Bancs Publics" is a very good, friendly address, and just opposite, the pizzeria "La Simonetta" delights with its fresh produce.

For shopping, Auchan is a 5-minute walk away, and Bio c'est Bon is 10 minutes away, with excellent products. A local cheese shop on rue de Crimée also offers excellent cheeses at reasonable prices.

Looking for more activities? You can rent a “Chez Marin d'eau douce” boat for a trip on the canal. The Cité des Sciences is just a stone's throw away, ideal for young and old alike. Finally, a stroll along the canal towards Pantin is highly recommended: calm, greenery and a soothing atmosphere guaranteed.
