Estero Beach & Tennis Club is located at the southern end of the island. Estero Beach and Tennis 806 Bis a one-bedroom, one-bath beachfront condo. Located just steps away from the beach, close to town attractions, including being a short 3 miles from Lovers Key State Park and 4.8 miles from Time Square.

Upon entering your condo on the eighth floor, a corner unit, step into the open plan kitchen, dining and living areas and out to the balcony with its panoramic views of the beaches and Gulf of Mexico. There is tile flooring throughout. The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful granite countertops accented by a corner European-style stainless-steel kitchen sink. Appliances include a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker, glasstop range with self-cleaning oven and built-in above-range microwave oven. Everything is available to prepare full course meals if so desired. The adjacent dining area has a glasstop table seating four.

This flows into the living area which has a sleeper-sofa with end table and coffee table on an area rug. Opposite the sofa is a corner seating area and a wall-mounted large flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide access out to the furnished balcony overlooking the resort grounds and Gulf of Mexico.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, night stands and lamps, a six-drawer chest, and of course windows opening out on two sides where its gulf and bay views everywhere you look. A privacy floor to ceiling folding door affords privacy should guests be present. There is also ample closet space behind mirrored doors. The en suite bathroom has a nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass doors, commode and a large granite-top vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath.

The Estero Beach and Tennis Club provides a plethora of amenities for your enjoyment, including tennis and pickleball courts and plenty of parking. Additionally, for your convenience, a coin-operated laundry facility is available at the ground level, ensuring hassle-free accommodations throughout your stay.

Please expect ongoing construction and construction noise within and around this complex, including the parking areas. At this time some amenities may not be available for use. Currently the pool is not open. This unit has been carefully inspected and renovated prior to re-opening. We have made every effort to maintain a safe and comfortable setting for our guests.
