Decent place to stay in Houston

Overall I would say my only complaints are that there was cigarette buds on the balcony and the pool room had quite a few broken things that was unfortunate, the tub couldn’t fill up bc of the drain so you couldn’t take a bath. Other than that you had a decent place to stay for a night and you are safe with not a lot of noise and you have a washer and rued and a full kitchen along with a clean indoor space

Comfortable and convenient

The property was in a perfect location for us with walking access to the Toyota Center and midtown and ready highway access. Once we figured out electronic entry, it was convenient and flexible, and the secure on-site parking was great.The single-bedroom apartment was spacious and accommodating, but really would be perfect for no more than two adults. (The description indicated that it would sleep six -- a stretch.) The sleeper sofa was not a conventional pull-out convertible, and we found it uncomfortable, so we had to make do with the air mattress that was provided.George was very responsive, and we really appreciated that. This would be top of our list when we return to Houston, as long as there are only two of us.

Property was within walking distance of convention center. Apartment was clean and comfortable, but the lighting in the bathroom was very poor. Light over the bathroom sink was completely missing and the ceiling light in the bathroom was dim. The worst thing about the property was the very poor communication. All of the instructions we received were poorly organized, lacking in detail, and confusing We had a lot of difficulty getting the code for the app so that we could get in and out of the parking garage. Had to register for guest parking every day of our stay. The entrance to the building from the parking garage was very dirty and had a bunch of garbage bags piled up outside the door. There were only 4 plates and 2 K cups in the apartment for 2 people for a 4 day stay.

Great Weekend Spot

I enjoyed the couple of days I was there. No issues, easy walk to everywhere downtown Houston. Very responsive owner.

Stay in Houston

We came for a football game, great location with easy access to the Metro and downtown amenities. The condo served its purpose. Host communication was prompt. We were looking forward to the hottub, which was unfortunately closed for the complex. Thank you for the great stay!

Location

Perfect location if attending an event at the Toyota Center or George Brown Convention Center. The property is safe and secured but do have to be aware of homeless people south a block from the property.

Great location to Toyota Center. Was a little concerned that I never got any information to check in from Expedia. Gaining access was a little confusing with app but some of that was on me for being low tech. George - the host - was extremely helpful and communicated well. Would stay here again if attending an event at Toyota Center

Short Stay Perfection

We were in town for the Chris Stapleton concert and tgis place did the trick for accomodations! Basic, modern, comfortable. Easy check in and out. Very secure building! Two women traveling alone and this place was perfect.

The property is centrally located to EVERYTHING. The apartment was spacious and clean. You will need data to open doors, so if you are an international traveler I would consider this and make appropriate actions. The host was great and very helpful. I would definitely recommend and stay here again when back in the Houston area.

Great location and great customer service

Stayed with the family to watch a concert! Perfect walking distance from lots of activities and restaurants. Great accommodations and great price!

Great location

We were in town for a baseball get-away and this property was a perfect location for us. Minute Maid Park was within walking distance. Many restaurants, bars, and breweries are close by as well. Communication with the owner was very easy and replies were fast and informative. We would definitely stay here again when we plan our next visit!

Great place

Above all, we enjoyed our visit and I would stay here again. Issues we encountered are out of the owner's control. I typically "unplug" when traveling (turn off my cell phone services). You will need a smart phone with coverage when staying here as the entire building uses an app to unlock doors in each area. We didn't know this until 30 mins before boarding our plane. We are good with technology and figured it out. We stayed 3 nights. There was a party in the unit above on the second night, a Wednesday night until 3am. Definitely interrupted our sleep a few times but again out of the owners control and may be a one off incident.

Absolutely love it here

This was my first time staying in a Vrbo type thing, so I was a bit skeptical at first. Once I got here all that was washed away. The property was amazing.The host laid everything out for me in a text when I first got here so there was no confusion. Check in was super easy. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Houston. It was conveniently placed near everything. 10/10 would stay again!

The host was very helpful and responsive! I arrived late in evening and found it difficult to get in the secured doors. He had been waiting to help me find my way in. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for 3 nights, loved the apartment and amenities. The pictures are correct to what it is! The amenities are perfect for the price. Also, the owner and main contact was so quick and helpful. He was very patient and it made our stay more enjoyable! Perfect walking distance to the arenas/concerts where you can get trolly food afterwards. (Hot dogs, popcorn ect). House or blues/bars are also walking distance about 5 minutes. The closest place we found to shop for food was a Randalls, it was slightly sketchy but didnt shy us away. Would recommend this place for any younger people looking for location. Easy to walk to the Metro aswell about 10 minutes.

Great place and location

I loved the space in the apartment. It was fairly quiet for being downtown. I didn’t get a chance to check out the pool but maybe I’ll visit again and have the chance! Would highly recommend. The host was so great to work with.
