This home is a hidden gem in the heart of the beautiful, upscale neighborhood of Villa Park.
It is 5 mins away from 55 freeway, 10 mins to Old Town Orange, shops and restaurants, 5 mins to scenic bike trails, hiking trails, 15 mins to Disneyland, 25 mins to Anaheim Convention Center and Honda Center, 25 mins to all Orange County beaches.
This one story, 2100 sq ft home features open layout with high ceiling, spacious living room and an abundance of natural lighting. The kitchen is modern and fully upgraded complete with a chef's dream island, perfect for cooking up delicious home cooked meals.
A couple steps away is the cozy family space, complete with signature fireplace perfect for intimate conversations and family bonding.
Step into the game room and hang out, have some drinks, enjoy a game on the big screen tv, and play a few rounds of foosball or arcade games.
Finally step outside and enjoy a swim in the sparkling pool. Backyard is large and comfortable, with fruit trees and complete with bbq grill and hang out space ideal for enjoying the beautiful weather in Southern CA.
Beds are cozy and comfortable with memory foam mattresses, plush comforters and extra blankets.

This is a FULLY STOCKED home, truly your home away from home with all the daily essentials and necessities to guarantee a comfortable and amazing stay!

Kitchen: Fully stocked with basic pots, pans, cooking utensils, bakeware, spices & herbs, keurig pods, creamers and sugars, rice cooker/insta-pot, toaster, electric kettle, air-fryer, plastic plates and utensils for kids, paper plates/bowls/forks/spoons

Bathrooms: Stocked with plush bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, toilet paper, hand-soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shaving cream, mouth wash, feminine products, q-tips, cotton balls, shampoo, conditioner, body wash.

Laundry: Washer & Dryer provided with starter packs for detergent, bleach, fabric softener

Amazing, comfortable place to stay

LOVED IT!!! This house was perfect for my family that visited from New York. We didn't really wanted to go anywhere cause we felt so comfortable and wanted to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi. The house is so cute too!! Kitchen had almost everything, i say almost because the only thing missing was a coffee brewing machine :)....But the house had all the ammenities you need. Thank you sooo much Vy for being a great host!!!! I recommend this house for big families.

Amazing house

Our stay at vy's house was absolutely amazing! Very beautiful, clean, and comfortable and kid friendly. It definitely felt like paradise Staying there(: The pool and hot tube was clean as well, The area was quite and peaceful I definitely recommend this beautiful home to family and friends.

Dad's 75th birthday event

This place was perfect as it was right around the corner from my father's home. I brought my whole family down for the my father's 75th birthday party. This place was very clean and so roomy. There was plenty of space for everyone. Having the pool and jacuzzi were an added bonus! The pool was the perfect temperature to cool off during the day. To top if off the host were very accommodating, answering my text, emails and phone calls right away. I want to say thank you for letting me and my family stay in your beautiful home. I would definitely stay here again.

It's only place to stay in Orange County!

We were treated with care and attention by our hosts - Vy and Kody. We could not have asked for a better duo to make our grand family vacation a reality. They were incredibly responsive (even with the time change), excellent communicators and genuinely nice people. The house exceed our expectations. We max'd out the number of people and there was considerable space that everyone had a place to just chill after very long days at Disneyland! The hot tub became our sanctuary and a great place to talk story with the kids and make some memories. The pool was great hit and was used by all. We did a lot of cooking at the home and the kitchen took good care of us. We cannot wait to plan our next adventure and turn to their home!

Beautiful, comfortable, awesome

Short drive to Disney, beautiful spacious home. Accommodating, gracious hosts with wonderful taste. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back! The hot tub was wonderful, everything was clean. The neighborhood is quiet and clean as well.

Family vacation

We loved the house! It had everything we needed and more. The location was great, close to lots of restaurants and shopping! The hosts were excellent, very helpful and easy to get ahold of! Thanks for a great experience!

Beautiful Home

The house was absolutely beautiful, clean and updated. Vy was awesome and quick to respond, perfect host! Would recommend highly to anyone and will definitely book again next time we are in the area.
