EVERYTHING! The views are nothing short of spectacular, the pool and the grounds are relaxing and beautiful, the home is incredible, Sherma is a pleasure to work with and be around, Katheryn and Sharon are very good housekeepers and great cooks and Lucius is very helpful around the property.

You will not find a more incredible property! The views are unmatched, the pool is stunning and the hot tub is an amazing place to watch the stars. The open air house transports you, while the comfortable and climate controlled bedrooms with private baths provide privacy and quiet. The rooms are well appointed and equipped with their own incredible views. Too many places to enjoy your coffee, cocktails and vistas to count!Our trip was made truly exceptional by the kind, friendly and extraordinarily attentive staff. From Sherma who made sure our transport, excursions and entire experience was flawless. To Lucius who ensured everything onsite was perfect, gave us ideas of local things to do and even gave us a personal tour of the beach down the hill. To Catherine and Sharon who guaranteed the house was tip top and made us incredible meals, while we watched the mountains and waves. They made us feel truly at home. Our family can’t wait to go back!

Villa in paradise

Best views of the island- gorgeous open air villa at the top of the mountain surrounded by sea and lush foliage. Exceptional accommodation- beautifully furnished- extensive lush grounds and pool- kind and professional staff that made the experience complete.

Two week Christmas and New Year Vacation

The property is fabulous and the staff is excellent. The staff was the best we ever had compare to our many trips. The 3 teen grandkids didn’t have enough activity so it is a better place for adults.

Wonderful experience

We had such a great time. The property is absolutely beautiful. Catherine, the head housekeeper was beyond amazing. Lousious the security guard was Beyond gracious to my family. He looked after us very well. I would highly recommend staying here, not only to experience the beautiful property and island, but also the amazing staff takes care of this property.

Paradise

The property is large with several places to spend time in the sun or shade. You can easily enjoy family time or quiet solitude. Villa is well laid out with four king bed on-suites and common areas inside and out. We tended to spend most of our time on the sun deck above the pool or the round table just off the kitchen.

This home is truly paradise. You are truly a guest from the moment you arrive. Amazing Property

This estate is truly a first-class property. From the moment of arrival to departure, we were treated with exceptional care. A talented chef prepared exquisite meals for us most evenings, catering perfectly to our dietary needs. The concierge was highly attentive, ensuring all of our requests were met and greatly enhancing our stay. The property caretaker was a delight, always willing to assist with any of our request. Additionally, the housekeepers were outstanding, maintaining our rooms and managing laundry with impeccable attention to detail. Will definitely stay the next time we visit St. Lucia.

Beautiful in every way

My wife and I had the most wonderful time at Michaels place. The property just leaves you speechless in trying to describe it. Where to start? Its a dream. It’s just so wonderful everywhere you look and the staff so attentive and kind. We couldn’t have been happier. I wish we could have stayed forever. Exceeds expectations.

The house, property, staff and overall experience exceeded our expectations! Amazing, private and tranquil location with amazing views from all parts of the property. Great layout could find the sun/shade, great proximity to beaches and amenities. Pool, hot tub, croquet, cards you name it! Lovely! Very easy to get to various locations within 10 min drive. Concierge service took care of all of our needs and made our trip easy. We loved all of the staff and they took great care of us. Treated us like family. St Lucia is a beautiful Country, Island with kind, proud and amazing people. Would definitely come here again. Great hosts! Loved It!

Fantastic Destination

Our stay at Morne Trulah was incredible! Michael's staff were all first rate and extremely accommodating. Two weeks went by way too quickly. The grounds are beautiful and extremely private. Sherma was a fantastic concierge and did a great job facilitating excursions, transportation, and dining experiences on and off the property. The property caretaker, Lucius, was available whenever we needed something and was very kind to all of us. The made to order breakfast prepared for us each morning by Katherine and her housekeeping staff was fantastic! All of the staff were top notch. I don't think I've ever been so relaxed on a vacation! We would love to return someday! St. Lucia is truly a wonderful island!

Easily one of the top most beautiful properties in the world.

The property was above and beyond expectations. The staff was so nice and a pleasure to have around during the morning and early afternoon. High praise to Sherman ( the grounds help) he was fun to talk to and took the ladies all around the property to show and educate on all the trees and plants. They loved him. Kathy, (maid and morning cook) all food was great and house and quarters very clean. I recommend this place to everyone. Its perfect for 4 couples to enjoy or and family of 8. Views are to die for and hospitality is impeccable. Hope to return in the near future soon. Easy access to town to the north for shopping, dinning and a casino. Capital city 20 minutes south with more shopping and dinning.

The dreamiest home ever.

I’ve stayed in many beautiful places throughout the world, but Morne Trulah is in a class of its own. Must be seen to be believed. The views go all the way around! We woke up early each morning to see the sunrise between the mountains to the east, enjoyed the sun as it passed overhead, watched the sunset to the west, then watched the stars overhead at night unsullied by light pollution— all from the one same place. Having traveled all over the island during our holiday, I can confidently say that nothing remotely compares to Morne Trulah. I wish we would’ve stayed here our entire trip rather than having stayed for part of it down south. The food, the staff, the decor, the views, the service!!! All truly extraordinary and I’m exceptional. We are coming back for Thanksgiving and plan to make Morne Trulah our new regular annual getaway place.

A piece of heaven

A little piece of heaven is how I would describe Morne Trulah. If you are looking for tranquility and a vacation where you can completely unwind then this property offers that in abundance. The house is exquisite from the interiors, to the lush forest landscaped garden outside. I honestly never wanted to leave. The beds are very comfortable the house provides everything you could need. All the staff were fabulous and made my holiday so much more memorable from cooking me authentic dishes to sharing some rich history about the island. Michael thought of everything so I didn’t have to. 7 star service at all times. all the activities I did were coordinated by the concierge and I had days when I went out exploring the island and other days where I just sat by the infinity pool and relaxed. Definitely a holiday I will repeat in the future.

Beautiful property with attentive staff

We were looking for a comfortable home away from home and found it at Morne Trulah Estate. The property is exactly as described with beautiful grounds, an incredible infinity pool, and a gormet kitchen that the housekeepers prepare delicious meals from, especially Ms Catherine...along with private bedrooms/bathrooms for everyone in our party, and a very open family space that allows a carribean breeze from three of the four entrances (large sliding glass doors). The homes architecture allows guests to enjoy beautiful views of the gardens, carribean waters and sunsets. Nicky is the groundskeeper and an incredible host. He looked after all of our needs..recommended many local spots that we wouldn't have experienced without his suggestions. He and Gregory take great care of the property and the grounds are immaculate. The trip wouldn't have been the same without Nicky's attentiveness. I'd highly recommend this estate to families, couples, friends who want a true carribean experience with luxury..

Private Paradise

What do we say about the paradise that was Morne Trouya? Lovely, lovely place. The pictures truly do not do the site and the house justice. The views are breathtaking. Four private master suites with baths (and air conditioning). Each room has a spectacular view! It is close to Rodney Bay. Just a quick 10 minute drive to many restaurants and shopping. Margueritte will be a wonderful resource take her suggestions on tours and restaurants. We loved our outings with Shall. Delightful man, personable and knowledgable about the island. After he toured us to the waterfall on Wednesday, we rode horses with him on Saturday. Frances was also perfect for my husband and sons' climb up the Piton. He shared so much of the history of the island, while all the time coaching them to a safe climb. The house staff were excellent! Sherman, Sharon and Katherine were so pleasant and there whenever we needed anything…and not there when we needed privacy. Just perfect. They prepared a lovely breakfast each morning. Sherman spear fishes for lobster and will catch some for you to prepare if you want. The only thing I would change about our visit would have been to extend it to two weeks instead of one.

Beautiful vacation house for our family

When your kids say "this is the perfect vacation" it's the best feeling in the world. We all wanted some sun and a beach and a pretty place to unwind. We wanted good food and decent activities close by if we ventured out, but a place we were happy to never leave too. Our stay at Morne Trulah was all of that and more. The entire team was warm and welcoming and lovely. They somehow managed to make us feel completely at home even though we were there for less than a week. They were there the minute we needed something but otherwise let us have our privacy. The house has this 1960's James Bond Caribbean resort vibe with stone floors and high wood ceilings and 4-poster beds that open out onto private decks but the bathrooms and kitchen are updated and it all works well together. We cooked 2 big dinners in the kitchen and all agreed that we were going home to re-design our own. It's a cook's kitchen with a working island in the middle and it's stocked with everything from pots and pans to hand graters and bbq skewers, serving pieces, ice machine and blender. The 10 minute walk down to the almost private cove and beach was a great walk and the water was surprisingly warm. We were there in December. Had a great dinner one night at the Naked Fisherman, and enjoyed a couple hours at Pigeon Island...all about 15-20 minutes away. The property itself is breathtaking. It took us a few trips to get used to the steep road up to the gate but it was completely fine.Thank you to the whole team!

Morne Trulah... Outstanding location, people, service, everything... Truly a fantastic place!

This place is great. location is optimal between Castries and Rodney Bay. 4 King Bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms/showers. Outside there are spectacular grounds with a small play field, many paths, a salt water infinity pool overlooking the mouth of Rodney Bay a Hot Tub and it is all secured by a robust security fence. There is a local beach just down the hill that has almost no traffic and no vendors or otherwise bothersome people. We swam, fished, hung out it was very pleasant to have a beach in such close proximity that you (or someone with basic fitness) can walk to in 7-10 minutes. The managers can help book cars from the airport or to many places (like Rodney Bay for beach or restaurant, like Castries for trip to the market or to sight see elsewhere on the island). We had a rental car but I think having a driver take us made more sense for us. There is a supermarket about 10 minutes drive away that had everything we needed to include food, beer, etc. If you need something else ask and they can help you find it, they actually helped us to find a hardware store during our stay. Back to the house, the house is on a peak overlooking the entrance to Rodney Bay but you have a full view from Castries all the way to Rodney Bay. Due to the location we did not find insects bothersome because there was always a breeze blowing lightly in some direction. Each bedroom has a AC unit along with a great bed. There is a TV and it has cable available but we did not use it much...it has Netflix also. The kitchen is fantastic and the house staff were very nice in helping with delicious food during the day and even made something we could warm in the evening. Prior to our arrival the managers got a list from us and provisioned the house, it was perfect. We had a chef cater a meal one night for a special dinner and it was great. Nikki, Catherine, Gregory, Karen and most especially Dahlia the best dog in the entire world. We would love to come back and stay and feel this would be the perfect place. We love finding new spots but the quiet, serenity, service, location, house, views, etc were so great that I feel this is a place we would love to visit again! Thank you to everyone and especially to the owners for sharing it with us!

Wonderful experience…

We were made to feel like family every minute we were there. Could not have asked for a better location for our first time in St Lucia. The grounds are kept spectacular by Sherman and the beautiful ladies (house staff) kept us fed with the best fruit, juices and specialties. Highly recommend you use their management team for transportation, recommendations, tours, etc. Each experience was top notch.

The most amazing place in St. Lucia

The VRBO was the most amazing place on the whole island. My fiancé and I explored the whole island, hiked the pitons, but we both agree the best part of the trip was the estate. I even proposed by the pool. Thanks again!

Spectacular setting

We've just had a wonderful week at Michael's place, the location is fabulous and the views are about as good as you could ever hope for. The layout of the property is simple and works perfectly, a main atrium living room with huge open sides (patio doors open on every side) is at the centre with 4 great air-con bedrooms off each side along with an open plan outdoor kitchen and dining area. We loved watching the hummingbirds flitting about while eating breakfast. Michael's staff are a lovely bunch and made breakfast and lunch each day for us. You can walk down to a pretty little beach (in need of a bit of a clear up with rubbish sadly but I am sure will get sorted now tourism is back up and running) or just lounge round the pool at the house and enjoy the extensive grounds, including a lovely croquet lawn complete with Jaques croquet set! We did hire a car and it was really useful to be able to pop into Rodney Bay and explore further afield, this was delivered to the house for us by Michael's concierge service. All in all a perfect Caribbean retreat!

And I shall send the gardeners down to Trouya Beach to do a tidy up immediately-- as an act of community service to ensure that everything is perfect for my guests.
