Comfortable bed, ac worked very well in the bedroom, great water pressure in the shower, and if you cooked, the kitchen was well stocked with what you would need. Decorations in the condo were tasteful, and the saltwater pool was refreshing.

The beautiful ocean views are stunning and the soothing sounds of the breaking waves are ever-present. The condo is a perfect size for a couple; enough room to not trip over each other while being small enough to maintain a cozy vibe. The property is very well maintained, the pool and BBQ areas are spacious and the landscaping gives a tropical feel. I definitely recommend this property for your stay on Kauai--The Garden Island. Aloha!

This was our first time in Kauai and it was nothing short of amazing! Scott and Regina were the best hosts, communicated quickly, and had lots of great suggestions. The condo itself was clean and had a beautiful view, and the location for exploring the entire island was ideal. The condo was also close to many walkable restaurants and stores. Our stay was as close to perfect as possible and it will be an easy choice to stay here again when we get back to this little piece of paradise.

Wonderful property! Very happy with the location for getting to all areas of the island. Pool area was very enjoyable. Property is older, like most on the island, however, meticulously maintain. We would stay again and hopefully will.

The condo was very clean and well stocked . The owners were great and very quick to answer any questions that we had including suggestions for things to do after check out while waiting on our flight. We would definitely recommend!

Great location and the wife and I stayed at this same place 15 years ago (not same condo). Thank goodness for the bedroom to have A/C as the winds were not traveling through the condo so the living room was quite humid and warm. There is only a few with total A/C but the pool was nice, quite location and the views are great. Needs some mild upgrading especially in bathroom but overall a good experience and hosts were very accommodating. Thanks for all the amenities in the condo and letting us celebrate our 25 years together in your place!

Regina and Scott were very easy to work with. They also gave us helpful recommendations. We especially liked the location of their condo. Easy access to the north or south shore. We enjoyed walking to the Coconut Marketplace for dinner or shopping. The condo was clean and well stocked with an awesome ocean view.

Excellent location, views and experience

Perfect place for our first time on the island. It had everything we needed and an incredible location and view. We’ve already referred others to it. We’ll be back!

The perfect beach cottage. Perfect location on the island for easy access to everything you want to do. We enjoyed the views from the lani and it had everything you needed to make your stay fun. The owners are very welcoming and Marvis is there for anything you need. A must stay place in paradise! We will be back again.

Wonderful Retreat

Perfect Escape from the AZ heat. A retreat on the beach, that felt comfortable and like, ‘home,’ with the pleasant accommodations, comfortable bedding, and kind grounds keepers. I look forward to staying here again!

August Vacation

Nice condo centrally located to many activities and restaurants. Small beach next to the facility. Enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
