Very comfortable apartment for two adults and a 6 year old, easy walking distance to a lovely kid-friendly beach. Communication with host and housekeeper was friendly and helpful. Spent all of our time on the balcony enjoying the spectacular view. I would book again!

Mahalo for your review! I am so glad you had a great experience. Since I have four grand kids I have found all the best child friendly beaches on Kauai and there are a few that are very close to the condo. Some of these beaches have lots of turtles, and monk seals love to sun themselves on these beaches. I will be happy to share them with you since us adults love being near these gorgeous endangered animals.

Great location, perfect size of a unit for the two of us. Can’t say enough about the unit, all amenities were great. We will definitely be back! Each night we had our happy hour facing the ocean watching the surfers next to the Beach House Restaurant. Lovely.

Great location. Outstanding views of the ocean and sea turtles. Excellent snorkeling right at the site. Good base camp for seeing all of south and west Kauai.

The location, the view, the parking, & the amenities couldn’t have been better. Very very comfortable. The location made it very easy to do & see everything we wanted. So glad we chose the south shore & this property. I hope to be able to stay here again on our next trip here. Received great info & instructions prior to arrival which was highly beneficial. Highly recommend!!!

Beside the main attraction of being oceanfront, watching turtles, whales in winter, sunrises and sunsets and being at one of the best snorkeling spots on Kauai, it is good to know that because of how the roads are built, we are centrally located for touring the entire island. Such a beautiful view with a great location. The apartment is a little outdated but it was clean and comfortable so really no complaints there. We enjoyed the sunset each night and spent our day doing some of the best snorkeling right out front. We saw turtles and all kinds of fish! The host gave us a great hiking recommendation that ended up being one of the things we enjoyed the most about our trip!

Beautiful location. It truly is right on the ocean and we spent a lot of time just enjoying the view on the ocean. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed to cook some of our meals at the apartment so we could save a little bit of money. The apartment was clean and well maintained, for whatever reason the bedroom had a really weird strong smell. It was fine for my husband, but I am pretty sensitive to smells and so I couldn't sleep in the bedroom. They had a pullout couch that I used and it was actually pretty comfy for a pullout! The smell was the only downside but worth it for the view.

I am so happy you enjoyed our beautiful condo. I am so sorry there was ann issue in the bedroom. Our phone numbers are in the documents we send to you and they are in the guestbook as well. Please, if there is ever anything unsatisfactory, give us a call. We will do our best to correct any situation asap. If I had known I would have called my manager to check it. The air conditioner is most likely the culprit and I would have called the technician right away. I am so glad we upgraded the pullout mattress so that you were comfortable. I hope you will be back. You can't really put into words how special this condo is. The view when u walk in is stunning!!!!! The sounds of the waves crashing underneath the balcony and the turtles playing in the turquoise waters just at the coves edge...magical! You're right next door to the beach house restaurant which is really good and the snorkling at the beach house is some of the best on the island! Huge fish out there! Beautiful coral and of course the turtles. Awesome surf spot rt out front as well. Bring or rent some boards. Water is hot. Pressure is great! Beautiful counters and appliances. The floors are super nice. Floor to ceiling windows. Huge king size bed. No loud parties going on. Only loud noise i heard all week was the waves. You have to close the windows to watch a movie you're so close to the ocean. Fruit stand down the street. Some really good restaurants and shops close by. There was so much to do. Can't wait to come back!

Wonderful condo! Right on the ocean. Gentle surf sounds through the night and beautiful morning sunrises. This is a very clean and well maintained property. Lots of nice amenities. Highly recommended!

Great location.

Great location and views. We were able to walk to snorkeling locations and places to eat. There was always something going on at the Beach House restaurant. Easy driving to get to other locations on the island.

Honeymoon in Hawaii

The condo is beautiful!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner was very thorough, so we didn't have many questions, but she was helpful and answered quickly when we did have a question. We had an amazing trip. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is located in a great part of Poipu and close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The condo is very well kept and clean. Host was easy to contact and check-in is simple. Pictures in the listing are spot on, including the amazing ocean view. We would stay at this condo again.
