A 3-bedroomed spacious apartment which oozes of a laidback sophistication. The sandy floors, wooden floors, and natural hues exude tranquillity and harmonious with the lush tropical exteriors.
Bedrooms are sleep sanctuaries with wooden bed frames, linen in neutral tones, warm lighting, and are generously spacious. The master bedroom boasts of a king- sized bed and comes with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, bath, and double-basin vanity. Two additional bedrooms are furnished with queen sized beds and share a bathroom. You’ll enjoy restful nights in this space every day.
The compact and functional kitchen is well equipped to any kind of meal, from a simple cup of coffee to a full course meal. A breakfast bar with seating for 2 is part of the kitchen that also has plenty of cabinetry which is perfect for a long stay.
Do not miss a chance to experience a bird’s eye view of Palmas del Mar from the expansive roof terrace. The upper-level terrace is quite expansive and houses a lounging, dining area as well as the second TV and BBQ grill.
The home is ideal for travelers who enjoy staying close the beach and love the security and convenience that comes with gated communities.
