Imagine sipping coffee on the dock when a manatee glides up like it’s auditioning for the role of “Cutest Neighbor Ever.” It happens here. Often. Whatever you do, do not read the reviews to find out if we're telling the truth ;)
And if you don’t want wildlife sightings right off the backyard, this probably isn’t for you. But if you do… our kayaks are waiting, the yard is massive, and the fire pit is practically begging for marshmallows.
So, on a more seasonal note: even though the calendar says Fall right now, Florida is still serving up warm, sunny days—perfect for paddling, swimming, and soaking up nature before the cooler months arrive.
October and November are some of the best times to experience Weeki Wachee: fewer crowds, manatees starting to return, and plenty of golden sunsets to enjoy from the dock.

We totally get it—pets are family. That’s why we allow one small dog (under 20lbs) with a **non-refundable $200 pet fee**. (Sorry, no cats!) If you have a special case, just reach out—we’re happy to chat.

My family traveled often as a (only) child, visiting beautiful places. Yet, something was missing. The destinations were stunning, but they lacked warmth, connection, and a sense of home. That’s when I realized: a trip isn’t just about where you go, but how you feel when you’re there.

Years later, under a golden Florida sunset, I watched my children laugh around the firepit of our newly purchased vacation home. The smell of toasted marshmallows filled the air, voices mingled in stories, and time seemed to slow.
In that moment, I knew—I had finally found what I had been searching for.
Belle Springs & Oaks wasn’t just a house; it was a place for families to truly be together, where time stretched and every moment became a cherished memory.

This home is first and foremost our home away from home, where we go for family fun and celebration. We created it to be shared but also to feel cozy and welcoming to us and to others.
The spacious yard is perfect for playing Frisbee, softball, tag and so much more and we added some activities we hope you'll appreciate.
The water is beautiful and 72 degrees all year around: perfect to cool off on hot summer days and warm during cooler winter days.
Our home is on a canal that has several springs throughout it making it one of the cleanest ones in Weeki Wachee Gardens and where fish, birds and manatees like to hang out. There is also a water fountain at the very end of it for some added fun.

Ou home is equipped with 5 adult kayaks and 3 kids' kayaks (2 of which can be used by adults as well) and a water mattress that has proven to be an endless source of fun for everyone.
The boat ramp is one of the best secrets to this home. The ramp also makes it for a perfect way to very easily get in and out of kayaks as well as a great spot for kids to play.
