Beach Front Property with Stunning Ocean Front View in the Ocean Dunes Resort

My husband and I are from St. Louis, MO. When our daughter decided to go to school in Wilmington, I knew we had to have a place to visit her. We wanted a place for our family to enjoy all that Wilmington has to offer. There are so many adventures your family can enjoy right here in Kure/Carolina Beach or you can venture to Wilmington or Wrightsville Beach. We love just hanging at our beach and the beach access is right next to our condo building. We have taken many ferry rides over to Southport, both by car and by bike. We have been able to check out the food, drinks and atmosphere of some cool places. We have enjoyed just hanging out at the Fat Pelican dive bar. Everyone we have brought here has loved the cool eclectic atmosphere of this place. It has been written up as one of the top dive bars in the Nation. On the Carolina Beach boardwalk, we have visited a few of the rooftop bars and there always seem to be live music playing somewhere in the area. In Kure Beach, we have enjoyed bike rides to get to know the area. We encourage you to ride pass the ferry, to the end of Fort Fisher Blvd and see some amazing sunsets. Make sure to get there 20 minutes before actual sunset and stay for about 20 minutes after. The sky is constantly changing colors. We have also walked across the street and gone to the pier on the river at the military lodging to view the stunning Sunsets. You can also fish off that pier as well. In the master bedroom, you can wake up to a beautiful sunrise every morning and the stars at night are amazing. We love walking on the beach to downtown Kure beach. We have gone Kayaking with friends and our kids to Shark Tooth and Keg Island on the Cape Fear River. We enjoyed the hunt for shark teeth as well. Downtown Wilmington has so many fun restaurants and cute boutique shops. We love going to Cloud 9, which is the roof top bar at Embassy Suites. Such a cool place to check out. Our condo sits on the beach and the views from bottom and top deck are amazing. We are located right next to a beach access. We have two outdoor pools and gazebo that are super close to our condo. We are located in a more private area of Kure Beach. The beach seems to be less crowed in our area.

We are a townhouse condo, which means we do not have anyone above or below our unit. We are directly on the beach and our building is directly next to a beach access. Ocean Dunes is close to Ferry that will take you to Southport and Bald Head Island. The Aquatrium and Fort Fisher Historic Museum are within a few miles from our unit.
