Everything was good, but I do wish that the hand and shower soaps had been full when we arrived. The location was extremely quiet with beautiful views!

Was a great house for the 4th. Our family loved it. Had lots of firewood and access to beach wasn't too bad (if you don't mind a short hike). Only major negative was the door would auto-lock nearly instantly which was a bit of a frustrating experience for a group going in and out

We loved the location! The separate living spaces were great for our extended family with young children! We enjoyed the outdoor space next to the lovely old growth forest setting and fire pit for roasting marshmallow/S’mores. Our only criticism would be the faulty stove and oven in the main house. It was difficult to regulate the stove top temperature settings and the oven kept turning off during baking and cooking. We all took turns cooking and agreed the stove needs replacing. Other than that our stay was very enjoyable. Thank you for a fabulous time!

Our group of 10 really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space and it is in a great location. Close to the beach and to the nice little town of Manzanita. Easy to get to the 101. It was clean and the the communication with our host was excellent. The fire pit area was a great place to hang out. Beautiful views from the decks. We'd stay here again!

The location is superb, perched high above the water with a beautiful forest behind the house. Big trees all around. A great view of the ocean from high above. You could hear the ocean but as a pleasant background sound rather than the roar of ocean front. We all enjoyed it immensely. But I do have two complaints abut this property: there are no outside lights on the back patio and it’s very dark. They have a great fire pit that we used every night but there is a step up that’s very hard to see and people tripped over it many times. Some lights strung overhead would solve that problem and add ambience. My other issue is that the master bedroom has a queen bedroom attached to it with a door that only has a curtain, not a solid door. This would not work for 2 couples, only for a family with kids.

Our family had a nice week at Sea Grove. Enjoyable property for a large family or group stay, however like many popular rentals the place is showing some wear.Little things given the upper-end price: Kitchen range was hard to use given all markings were worn off, no clue whether burners were Hi/Low which made cooking certain foods tough. Ice Maker was inoperative, we needed to buy ice all week. Hosts sent appliance repair Tech mid-week, but was unable to fix issue. A few of the mattresses (including Master) are nearing end-of-life.

Awesome house

Large group of us stayed here and loved it. The house has a great set up (especially with the loft/in law suite above the garage for those with infants/kids). Short walk to the beach. Great views of the water from the deck(s). We would definitely stay again!

Great for Family Gatherings

The location was quiet, but convenient to the beach and town. The layout of the rooms was ideal to provide space for privacy as well as family meals and play. My favorite spot was the front upper deck with a view and the sound of the ocean.

Family fun

Great family gathering home

We had our entire family gather here for our holiday and couldn’t have been more pleased. The photos don’t do the view and property justice and it is closer to the beach than we realized so we walked down several times a day. A great choice for our group! Seemed cozy but also spread out at the same time.

Fantastic Large House in Manzanita, OR

This was the perfect place to gather with my large family in Manzanita, OR. The house comfortably accommodated everyone, and we loved the location ... overlooking the ocean; surrounded by large amazing trees; private. Two levels of decks was nice!

Clean. Plenty of rooms. Everything you need. You do not need to bring anything except food. Lots of spices & every kitchen utensil you need.Isolated but easy access to highway. Close to a quiet beach. Garage with EV charging. Fire pit out back was very nice.

House is set up wonderfully. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen was great to cook in. Easy walk to the beach. Manzanita is a great town. We had an issue with ants getting into our food on the counter. Cleaning service didn’t do a very thorough job. But house is great,

Manzanita get away!!

Beautiful property and area! Lots to do! Close to the beach and town. Great walking! Took a train ride out of Rockaway. Went to Cannon Beach and Tillamook for a fabulous lunch. Wanda’s was a perfect for breakfast!! Good trip! Great family memories
