Our gorgeous and immaculate villa has just been remodeled and is waiting to welcome your family and friends to a wonderful get-away! You will love our property for its quality and location. The resort is amazing and beautifully maintained with free amenities just minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World.

We are VRBO Premier hosts and are excited to offer this new 4-bedroom home (along with our 3-bedroom home) at The Villas at Seven Dwarfs. **Reservations that are less than 4 nights will have an extra $20 fee charged by our property manager for shorter stays.

Even before Covid-19, we met high cleanliness standards because of our amazing housekeeper. She is immaculate in her care of our home. Not only is our home carefully cleaned with CDC approved disinfectant and sanitization guidelines, our bedding and linens are completely changed out with freshly cleaned new bedding and linens for every guest. To ensure proper cleaning between guests, we will be strict with our check-in of 4:00 pm and check-out of 10:00 am.

We strive to give every guest a 5-star experience on an affordable budget. Barbara has many money and time saver tips to share on all things Disney, car rentals, etc., and is happy to share them. We love this area for making amazing memories and would love to have you as our guest.

Our villa has beautiful granite countertops, two-tone paint, comfortable high-quality mattresses, new air conditioning, and is professionally decorated ---- Quality throughout. The entire home is fresh and clean and ready to be your family's luxurious retreat.

We have an open floor plan with living, dining, and kitchen all in one great room. Luxurious master bedroom on the main with jetted tub in master bath. Upstairs, you'll find another relaxing master bedroom and bath, Mickey Mouse and Star Wars bedrooms, a bathroom, and an additional vanity area. Pillow top mattresses, and blackout/darkening shades in every room. But the best thing is fresh bed coverings every visit for each guest..... no previously used bedspreads for our guests, and fresh clean bath rugs each time too!

Free Parking and Free WiFi with our own secure modem and router, cable, and phone.

The villa is in a wonderful gated community with all the amenities: beautiful pool, hot tub, splash pad, playground, tennis court, basketball court, beach volleyball, bocce ball court, small lake with fishing, spa services, paddle boats and Tiki Bar! A high-end workout room with 24/7 access. Clubhouse with pool tables and a ping pong table. There is even a car wash/vacuum area on property.

Whether you stay in our 4-bedroom/3 bath villa or our 3 bedroom/2 bath villa, it will be a wonderful place to make memories as you enjoy your home-away-from-home!

Amazing stay!

Truly amazing stay! The house was perfect and the kids had an absolute blast! The house is stocked with most of the things you wish you would have brought but couldn’t. The pool/splash pad are great! With a very convenient tiki bar!!! All of the staff are very kind and helpful!The house was very clean with the exception of the hard floors which we were sure to rectify quickly. It is amazing to stay somewhere with clean beads and spotless bathrooms!

Wonderful place!

This was an amazing place to stay. Had all the stuff you could possibly need for a Disney vacation, plenty of space, and bonus extras (strollers/high chairs/pack n play) to facilitate making it magical for the little ones in our party as well!

Nice place

Be advised that they do NOT like trailers of any kind. The property owner was very responsive and agreeable, the management company was not so easy to work with. Rest of the story: We required 4 mobility scooters to support our group. We brought our own legally registered trailer to support moving them. While the did allow us to stay, it was a hassle we could have done without.

Perfect Disney home

House is absolutely perfect! We had a fantastic time the host is so helpful and friendly with great communication. House has toys for little kids which was so helpful not to have to pack anything! Decorations made us feel like we were at a Disney resort. The house is so homey my kids didn’t want to leave! Will be booking again

We are the proud parents of nine children and grandparents to nine sweet grandkids. We have lived from coast-to-coast and love to hike and travel (we are also huge Disney fans). Barbara was the owner of her own preschool for 29 years, but for the past few years has been an instructional coach with their local school district. Mike is a university educator and administrator to volunteer teachers. We love running away to our resort and townhome, but when we can't be there, we love sharing it with our wonderful guests.

Eleven years ago, we had the opportunity to stay at the Villas at Seven Dwarfs Lane. We loved every minute!! We came with a large family group and it was so nice to stay somewhere that had something for everyone. We loved the pool, ping pong and pool tables, little lake, playground, sports courts, and fitness room. We quickly found that the location was hard to beat. It was even close enough for our grandkids to come back from Disney World for midday naps! When the opportunity came to buy a property at Seven Dwarfs, we were thrilled and quickly purchased the villa. We went to work and upgraded the villa in every way. Our goal was to make a beautiful and relaxing retreat for our family and especially for all of our guests! We strive to give our guests a 5-star experience and have many 5-star reviews and do our best to earn each one of them.

Originally, we bought a 3 bedroom home at Seven Dwarfs and in the last year, we bought this 4 bedroom home since we usually have a few of our grandkids with us when we visit.
You can find our first home at VRBO 552608.

Over the years, we have realized how much guests value our extremely clean home. Our housekeeper is amazing and uses environmentally safe products to help keep our home immaculate. Having our coverlets and Mickey room comforters fresh and newly cleaned for each guest is important too. All the rugs are also cleaned for each new guest. You will also find a fully stocked kitchen so you can enjoy the comforts of home.

The location is amazing for access to Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World. We are just 4 miles from Disney. Within 15-20 minutes you will be parking in any one of the Disney theme parks parking areas. Universal Studios and Sea World are 20 minutes away. The 25 minute, easy access to the airport is definitely a plus and you have several routes to get to us. It is the perfect location!

Besides being close to all the major attractions, our location is ideal for its proximity to stores. Across the street from the guarded security gate of our property is Sam's Club including a Sam’s gas station, and just one block away is a Super Target which includes a pharmacy. (This Super Target is also great because there are not big crowds to fight with for your groceries :-). Three blocks away is a Publix and there are two Walmart Supercenter’s within two miles of the villa. Restaurants, both of the fast food variety (Wendy’s, Panda Express, Burger King, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Arby’s, Sam’s Club doesn’t require a membership for their fast food options) and sit-down dinner (Applebee’s, Denny's, Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grill, Waffle House, Olive Garden, TGI Friday’s, International Cuisine options) are within minutes of the property. A Walgreen’s is also close by.
Another great aspect of the property is since it is tucked away, the beautiful
resort is quiet which allows you to get away from the crowds that you deal with on a daily basis at the parks. It really is an ideal location.
