Denne smukke Pono Kai Condo ligger lige foran havet og stranden !! Ja, billedet er taget fra Condo's Lanai (med mit billige kamera). Det har et komplet køkken, spisestue, stue m / 40 "plasma-tv, to store soveværelser, to store badeværelser, vaskemaskine / tørretumbler, privat Lanai, pool, boblebad, spa, tennis, motionsrum, volleyball, grill, gratis WiFi, 3 km cykelsti langs havet, GRATIS parkering osv. osv.
Såååå meget bedre at et HOTEL. HOTELLRUM: $ 300-400 for et lille værelse, intet køkken, et lille badeværelse, overfyldte gange, lille køleskab med dyre mad, ingen stue ..... og dyre parkering!

Denne smukke beachfront / oceanfront, 1200 kvadratmeter, 2. sal, to-værelses ejerlejlighed er på hvad mange betragter som den fineste familie strand på Kauai. C209 i C Building. Sid på Lanai eller bare ligge i sengen og se den spektakulære 3 miles med udsigt over stranden og havet ..... Åndedræt !!! Større gruppe ?? LEJE ALLE 3 !!

Stranden ligger lige foran lejligheden og poolen, tennisbaner, kroketbane, grill / picnicområder, volleyball, fitnessfaciliteter og shuffle board er kun få skridt væk. Tag en kort gåtur gennem det historiske Kapaa for at få en fantastisk ø-shopping, mad og rekreation.

MASTER BEDROOM har en king-size seng og privat badeværelse - OG fuld havudsigt!

Steps from the Sand

This property is located in the heart of Kapa’a. Central location is prefect for traveling around the island. Perfect location to walk to nearby shops and food. The path along the coast was perfect for morning walks. The property is very well maintained and has nice resort features.

Great place

Property was right on the beach and centrally located on the island. The apartment met our needs very nicely and I would stay there again.

Great location. The condo has a nicely stocked kitchen. There is also lots of sand toys, beach chairs and umbrellas to use which was awesome! I would stay there again!

Great location

Within a short walk to the beach, main part of town, and yoga. First Saturday of the month Kapa’a has a festival with different types of food vendors, etc. Very fun and interesting to walk around.

Great location, great view, great accommodations

This condo had everything we needed for a comfortable family vacation! This is an amazing walking location plus in the middle of all the beaches & food we wanted to drive to. The house included many things for making our family (including a 1-year-old) comfortable --pack-n-play, towels, beach toys, etc. We would love to come back!

Best vacation ever!

The condo worked out perfect for our week in Kauai. The location is amazing. The amenities were an added bonus. Loved the view! Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Couldn't ask for a better location. And Bryan was quick to respond to all inquires! Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing view and great location

We just finished an amazing week on Kauai at Pono Kai unit c209. The view was truly spectacular! The unit isn't fancy and new, but it was clean and very comfortable and the location and view couldn't be beat! We have visited Kauai many times and we will definitely return to Pono Kai.

Perfect for our family needs

This place was beautiful. The view was phenomenal. Right on the beach. There were so many activities in the complex. We loved all the chickens waking us up every morning. Loved cooking our shrimp and pineapple on the grill right outside the house.

Sunrise Paradise!!

We love this area Kapaa and this unit is right in the heart of town!! We walked to get dinner every night and ate at a different place each time! Need something from the market, no problem, four markets in walking distance! In other words, the condo is a great location, with a great ocean view and perfect for our large family!! Thanks for sharing your home with us... we shall return!!

The view is the best part of the condo! Easy walking distance to town.

We really enjoyed our cozy condo. We wanted ocean front to enjoy your 20th anniversary. The kids enjoyed the pool every day. Easy check in and check out. The water toys were amazing, but watch out for jelly fish on the beach in front of the condo. Bring a tweezers and the condo had vinegar luckily. The stove could use an upgrade, that was our only complaint. Thank for the memories!

The PERFECT Spot!

Fantastic property with an unbeatable location. This was my family of four’s third trip to Kaua’i. This place was the best one yet! Steps to the beach, tons of stuff for the kids to do, walk to anywhere in Kapa’a town in minutes. The condo is laid out perfectly. Kids had their own bathroom (a huge plus with two teenage girls)! Great selection of beach toys, chairs, cooler, etc. I always prefer staying on the “east side”. Much more local feel than Poipu or Princeville. Mahalo for a great stay. It was really hard to leave!

Loved being right on the ocean

I loved that the ocean was right out your door. The winds made it so that you didn't need air conditioning. Everything was close by, shopping, attractions, The Smith Family luau came and picked us up in a shuttle and took us back to the condo. I loved having a washer and dryer to use. They had chairs to use at the beach, and in the lobby we were able to rent snorkeling gear. We rented bikes right next to the condo. Restaurants were in walking distance. I also loved the fact that not only did the living room have views of the ocean but so did the bedroom. I would stay here again.

Incredible view and location

This unit totally exceeded our expectations! The views, especially the sunrises were spectacular. The pool and hot tub was so convenient and enjoyable. We also made good use of the available games equipment. We played table tennis, croquet, corn hole and jenga. That equipment was unexpected but really appreciated. The in-unit laundry was a real treat. It was so nice to be able to do laundry while visiting in the evening instead of having to go the laundry room. We will definitely come back here!

GREAT location, Beachfront perfection

We so enjoyed our weeklong stay at Pono Kai! This condo was the perfect spot, easy access to other island hot spots, steps away from a quiet beach, and pool. we loved waking to the beach breeze and sunrise views from bed each morning, spent hours on the lanai. Great condo for families! We had our 6.5 year old with us, condo is well stocked- even with beach toys, chairs, coolers, ect. Very clean. Nice to have the master wing w separate bathroom. Downstairs unit is a timeshare- we met a lovely family w similar aged kiddo, very fun for them to play together. We’ll be back to Kauai for sure, and will check availability of this condo first!

Great Vacation Week!

We had a great time in C209. The property had everything we needed. The view was beautiful and the property was close to everything we signed up for during our stay. Aside from rust here and there, due to the salt water, everything was well groomed. The full refrigerator may need to be looked at for leaks, but still worked to store our food. The resort was beautifully manicured and had several activities that were fun for the family when we needed a break from the beach. The pool, ping pong, and volleyball net were great additional activities for our family. Also, the washer and dryer accessibility in the unit was also a great supplement. Lastly, the balcony view was peaceful and a great place to take in the views.

Pricey but needs updating

Excellent location, excellent setting but unit itself needs updating or a lower price point. We had to keep holding the toilet flush handle in order to clear the bowl, and one window lacked a screen while most windows seemed to merely lean against their frames. Unit itself was well laid out, but the price seemed excessive for the condition of the unit. We did have a very enjoyable stay though. Kapaa traffic is notorious for slow, stop and go traffic from 11 am when contraflow ends, but local drivers are the friendliest, most courteous drivers in the world.

Stay June 22-27, 2021

This 2 bedroom condo was right in the heart of Kapa’a. Restaurants and shops are in easy walking distance. Like other reviews have said, the condo hasn’t been updated. That’s the only slightly negative thing I could say. It was very clean and functional, a beautiful view right on the water, with a walking/bike path that went along the beach. Even better than the condo was the owner. We’ve stayed in many VRBO’s, all with great owners (except for 1). The owner of this condo was exceptionally nice and accommodating. We didn’t have all these rules for leaving the condo which made the end of our vacation easy. I would highly recommend this place. We had a wonderful time!

We have seven children and 17 grandchildren. We manage the rentals along with an on-Island manager who will do everything possible to make your Kauai visit a wonderful experience.

We love Kauai and especially Kapaa and Pono Kai. Our kids and grandkids love to come vacation here year after year. We always find something new on the island. There are truly 101 things to do!!! We have purchased and furnished THREE beautiful condos for rental and personal use.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

The ocean and beach are directly in front of the condo. The grounds are meticulously manicured. The 5 mile biking/walking path goes in front of our condo and up and down the island for awesome morning and evening rides/walks. The condo is centrally located on the island (Kapaa) so driving time is minimized. Great restaurants and activities abound all over and we can mingle with the locals and not feel stampeded by tourists. Perfect Hawaiian experience.
