Other things to note:
The winding streets are well paved as you go up the hill. It can feel steep depending on where you are from. So maintain a steady, moderate pace when going up & down. Most cars do fine on the roads, but a 4WD/AWD vehicle makes it easier. There is one sharp semi-steep turn but nothing a 2WD can't handle (Pending no ice/snow on the road. A 4WD/AWD is highly encouraged during the winter)
