Great location and well maintained

Overall, this is an awesome place. This is a quiet location with access to a pool and walking distance to the beach. The owners offer beach equipment and even some toys. The place is well equipped and clean. The additional toiletries were a pleasant surprise. A very nice place that I'm sure we'll visit again.

Relaxing Stay

We had a wonderful winter getaway at this property. The Mgmt company was very responsive when we asked about the pool heat. This unit could use some updated window covering in the master bedroom but it would not stop us from renting again. Great location in the center of the island, very close to beach.

Fabulous Cottage with Everything You Need!

We were so happy with our stay in Coquina Cottage! It had every amenity we could want - including a built-in wine cooler! The house is so comfortable, cozy, clean and decorated to perfection. The private deck is perfect for coffee and the pool and waterfall make it paradise. Our dog loved the nearby dog park - so nice to be able to bring our furry friend! If I could give this home a 10-star rating I would. Stop looking at other places and rent this cottage NOW! You'll be so happy you did.

Anna Maria Island

Our biggest disappointment was upon entry the condo had been smoked in! Was very strong, stale cigarette smoke. It was in the bedding and towels and everything. I did contact/message, and they sent someone that day to spray, and it lasted into the next day a little bit, and then dissipated and was back to being smoky. Blind was broken-laying on floor on arrival-mssg sent-someone fixed. Also-floors were dirty-feet were filthy-I had on a lil pair of white sports socks & they were black right away. You could not go bare footed as you would have stuff stuck to the bottom of your feet & filthy. I think someone needs to do a much better job cleaning floors. There was a couple of balls of light reddish, brown curly dog hair floating around in the entryway. We didn’t so much care about that but just wanted you to be aware that someone did have a dog in there. I also had contacted prior to our arrival to make sure there would be a wagon to go to the beach as my husband was postop back surgery & could not carry or lift anything. They said there was a wagon there, but upon arrival, there was not. Again I did message and they were quick about getting the one out of the owners closet, as well as one was dropped off at our doorway the next day so we ended up with two! I did reply back that one was taken out of the owners closet + they delivered one, so there were 2 on-site now. Hated not being able to have patio doors open-alarm. Overall location & facility very nice-just not clean

Beautiful stay

We had a fabulous time in Holmes Beach. The unit was beautiful and cozy. Easy access to beach. It could use some new beach chairs and umbrella though. The blinds need to be fixed. We had some issues with the front door and management responded quickly to the unit to resolve the problem; but failed to respond to the need to have the porch light replaced so we had to return to the unit in the dark for several days. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Ich habe mich vom ersten Moment sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine Tolle Wohnung mit schönen Möbeln, guter Aufteilung, schönen Farben. Das Sofa, ist das bequemste, dass ich jemals hatte! Sehr schöne Pool-Anlage. Da nicht ganz ausgebucht, war es zu jeder Zeit angenehm ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war zeitnah und unkompliziert. Danke!

Great location, quiet and comfortable!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The booking process was seamless and appreciated. Of minor concern - the place was a little tired - the beach furniture worn and the furniture well loved. While the kitchen has all of the amenities if you book here know to bring your own essentials. We would enjoy returning here if a new owner (the unit is for sale) updates it a bit.

Perfect Vacation!

We could not have been more pleased with our beautiful cottage (and I'm quite picky)! It was bright, full of tropical decorations and it was incredibly clean! The kitchen was very well stocked and the appliances were easy to use. The bed and the furniture were extremely comfortable as well! We loved sitting on our patio listening to the waterfall in the pool as well as eating a few meals under the tiki hut. The walk to the ocean was very convenient and we easily used the trolley system to get around the island. We shared the pool with a few other families, but it was never a problem. The pool was cool and very refreshing! The landscaping details around the pool were beautiful and felt very tropical. We truly could not have been happier in this cottage and we would strongly recommend it for anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!! Anna Maria Island turned out to be everything we had hoped for and so much more! We will definitely come back and we will DEFINITELY stay in this cottage again!!!

Wonderful Little Place!

This little one-bedroom gem is part of six condo units surrounding a wonderfully large, well-landscaped pool. The unit is furnished comfortably, with "beachy" artwork, a complete kitchen, and (important to us), a comfortable bed. We enjoyed the the patio, which had a sweetly blooming vine and other plants that provided privacy. We were a bit worried about sharing the pool area with so many other people, but the other families were very nice, and everyone was respectful. The unit was generally very clean, although more attention could be paid to dusting things like light fixtures and areas under heavy furniture (I admit to being picky). Also, there should be a screen patio door in the kitchen to keep out the little lizards that populate the area. AMI beaches are the main attraction for us, but coming home to an attractive, homey place at night and enjoying wine by the pool sure made for a relaxing vacation.
