Stunning Views - Pool and Ocean Views - Harbor Island Beach House

One bedroom villa located in the L Building on Harbor Island.. We are on the only condo building on Harbor Island with an elevator which makes the check-in process hassle free.

The villa has been recently updated in the fall of 2021 which includes all new furnishings, bedding, cookware, and more!

There is a comfortable king bed with a Jack and Jill bathroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Harbor Island is a two and a half mile private resort community 15 miles from Downtown Beaufort and Parris Island. In addition to the beautiful beaches the Island also features swimming pools, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts. The neighboring barrier Island, Hunting Island, is one of South Carolina's popular beaches. The lighthouse is a must see while visiting the area. The pools on Harbor Island are open from April 1st - October 31st.

Please note, while this building is equipped with an elevator for your convenience, the building is NOT handicap accessible. There are about 10 steps leading up to the ground level to access the elevator.

Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. Please contact our team after you book the property to purchase a pass. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00
