We had such a wonderful stay. It was the perfect place for our family to spend a long weekend together at. Everyone loved all the things to do, kids and adults alike. The rooms are big and spacious so you never felt cramped. We enjoyed all the outdoor spaces as well. We also saw deer every morning! All in all it was just perfect and we had a great time. We would love to come back again and we will certainly 100% recommend to others! Thank you, the McKinney family.

Perfect location for a ladies retreat with lifelong friends!

The home was an ideal setting for a weekend getaway with friends. With 10 ladies, we had plenty of space for sleeping & sharing meals or hanging out plus the jacuzzi & game room provided fun memories. It was close to old man’s cave and Hocking Hills Winery which were our top picks for activities. We highly recommend this home for anyone looking to get away with a big group.

Great Central location

Property is well maintained and very centrally located close to hikes and breweries. Lots of seating throughout the house for parties of 10 which we always appreciate. Host was very responsive to our needs after a snow storm.

Great vacation

Property was perfect for my family ( grown children & grandchildren). Comfortable beds for everyone and an upstairs living room along with lower level living room. Plenty of seating for everyone. The house was up on a small hill with lots of trees and privacy - perfect for coffee on the decks in your PJ’s. Kitchen was equipped with lots of dishes, cooking pots/pans, cutting boards, utensils to make family dinners/breakfast which we appreciated. We loved they had several games at the house for our down times, along with seating on the front porch, top deck and lower level near the hot tub. House was layed out beautifully so you can enjoy time with family or space for a little quiet time for yourself. Hopefully we can return in the future.

Family trip

The home was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. So many things to do, a weekend just wasn’t long enough. Our 11 person family had plenty of room to be together but not on top of each other.

Was an exceptional stay at this home. Well stocked kitchen and the welcome snacks were more than enjoyed. The new walk-in shower was amazing and relaxing. The downstairs game room was a treat. The whole home made us feel special and cozy!! We will definitely be back. 5 stars .

Hocking Hills Family Vaca

The house was large enough to accommodate our party of 12 plus one infant. There was a problem with the hot tub and the host went over and above with communication. I would recommend this house for large gatherings.

Friends Weekend/ Mark

We had a great stay. The house was a great find! Kyle (the Host) is awesome and a shout out to Mike and Ann as well! . We had 10 of us that stayed and was very comfortable!! We enjoyed the pool table, hot tube (which is brand new) and the fire pit. Mike is make some very nice renovations to the house... which is going to make the house even better!!!! We will stay again!

Family vacation

My husband and I decided to take our 3 girls and their families on a family vacation to somewhere none of us had been. This house accomodated all of us and was even nicer than i had anticipated. Kyle was very easy to communicate with during the entire process. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone who plans to visit to hocking hills . We will definately be back. anticipated

Girls Weekend

We stayed with a big group of women from all different states. This was a nice middle location for everyone. The house was big enough for our big group to have space to hang out and enjoy each others company. The only thing that we would of asked was to have a few more utensils and possibly more dish cloths and towels (we only could find 1 of them unless they were somewhere else we didn't see). Kyle the owner was absolutely amazing with communication and answering any questions that we had through our stay. Ann the housekeeper was helpful when we needed things too. We can't wait to stay here again next year if it's available.

Everything we needed and plenty of space

We celebrated Christmas here. It was easy to get in and the kitchen was very well stocked. There was plenty of common space and the table was big enough to seat 12 using various chairs and benches. Plenty of parking. The beds were comfortable. The master suite is huge. The only drawback was that the basement was very cold. It would be very helpful to have a radiant heater or bring one of your own if anyone is going to sleep down there in the winter. We couldn't play cards down there because it was so cold. The stove is a little small for the number of people who can stay there but overall the kitchen is great and they have lots of extras like a blender, mixer, electric knife, etc... The hot tub is also very well maintained and we enjoyed it a great deal. The foosball table was lots of fun.

The house was very clean. We had everything we needed. The yard was well taken care of. There was so much to do both inside and out. We enjoyed the new game room in the garage. There was plenty of fridge space.The views were gorgeous. The house is nestled away in the woods, full of privacy. We enjoyed a very relaxing weekend. We will be back.

The home met the needs of our family very well and was a joy for the kids. We made good use of the grill and really enjoyed the campfire. Also, the game room a lot of fun. Lovely space and yard - nice picnic table, but did not have time to use the hammocks.What could be improved:WiFi zone weak on the upper floor (needs a WiFi extender?) WiFi fine on lower levelMiddle bedroom lamp did not work (needs a 3-way bulb?)Dish Remote not located for upper level TVBeautiful neighborhood.
