This home is perfect for your South Walton vacation with a screened-in front porch, private swimming pool, and updated accommodations. Three bedrooms and gracious living space provide room for 12 beach-loving guests.

Upon arrival, you are greeted with live oaks and tropical plants adorning a paver drive that leads to the cutest front porch. The porch is furnished with white chairs and a cushioned swing. From here, glass doors open into a warm and sunny great room. Honey-toned floors, large windows, white furnishings, and coastal accents create a laidback setting. The cozy seating ensemble is comprised of a tan couch, matching armchairs, and a chic wooden bench. The setup surrounds a hardwood drink table and faces a large TV. A painting of Western Lake is mounted above the fireplace mantle, and shelves of beach décor add to the paradise vibe. The open kitchen overlooks the living room. It includes white cabinetry, sleek quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an island bar with seating for five. Nearby, a cozy dining area features a Persian rug, a handsome dining table, and eight straw-woven chairs seated beside three large windows. A bonus breakfast nook has a round hardwood table with four slipcovered chairs, and a wet bar provides extra space for crafting delicious drinks.

The great room shares the first level with the primary bedroom, a family-style suite with a regal king-size bed resting beneath a lovely sailboat painting. Other features include rustic beach-style furnishings, a flatscreen TV, and an ensuite sunroom with two twin beds. This room has a private luxury bath with a glass-walled shower, double vanity sinks, and a handsome soaking tub. The remaining two bedrooms are upstairs. One of these bedrooms includes a king-size bed, white armchair, multiple windows, and a TV. It also has its own twin bunk nook. The other bedroom has two queen-size beds and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower.

One property amenity that guests love is the private courtyard and swimming pool. This relaxing oasis is perfect for spending quality time with your fellow vacationers while enjoying the picture-perfect weather of the coast. The patio features a picnic table, umbrella, and lounge chairs by the pool. A grill is provided for cooking up fun poolside meals. The pool is great for a refreshing dip and can be heated in the cooler months.

Another great aspect of this vacation property is its location. The sugar-white sands and blue-green waves of the Gulf Coast are less than a five-minute walk from the home. It is also close to popular shops and restaurants in Grayton Beach village center, such as the Red Bar, Chiringo’s, the Zoo Gallery, and Tribe Kelley Surf Post. Grayton Beach State Park—known for its pristine beach shore, Western Lake, and nature trails—is also nearby. While here, you should also check out the surrounding 30A beach towns, such as Seaside, Blue Mountain Beach, and Alys Beach, for local shopping, dining, and seasonal festivals and entertainment.
