'ON THE RIVER' New Cabin -Hot Tub, Fire pit, Full bar & game room

We are located right on the Coosawattee river which is clearly visible from the entire back of the house. Deer visit the property almost every night. We are on all paved roads and the driveway does not require 4 wheel drive. Easy in and out access with dual entrance for easy in/out with plenty of parking.


There are 3 fireplaces. 2 indoor propane fireplaces and one wood burning on the upper outside deck. The top outside deck features a full size table and also a cafe/bistro table. The kitchen has plenty of countertop space and island with additional seating.

The downstairs area features a Hot tub, full bar with lots of seating, a beverage fridge, sink, air hockey table, legends arcade and Foosball table. The downstairs also features a full walk in laundry room with another sink, folding table, and another cafe/bistro table on the deck all over looking the river

The Master bedroom is upstairs and features separate his and her-walk in closets, massive 7’ long, his and her shower heads (one on each side) with a rainfall shower head and personal handheld sprayer and his and her vanity. The master has direct access to the back deck through its own private door.

The second master is upstairs and features a queen size bed with a large walk-in shower and walk-in closet.

There is a half bath located upstairs off of the dining room area

Bedroom #3 located downstairs has another queen bed and has access to Jack n Jill bathroom right outside the door and has its own private vanity area. Also right outside the door is another door leading to the hot tub.

Bedroom #4 also located downstairs has two sets of twin bunk beds. The bunk bed room has direct access to the Jack and Jill bathroom which features a tub/shower combo, toilet area and two separate private vanity areas.

Equipped with a Tesla EV charger – You must let us know at time of booking if you plan on using it so it can be unlocked.

Resort amenities access included:
The resort offers many amenities such as three swimming pools, 2 seasonal outdoor and 1 indoor heated, tennis courts, pavilions, arcade, fitness room and much more. Not all cabins will include these with your stay but we include them.
