Popularly located in Bonita Springs less than 2 miles to Bonita Beach! Just step into Bonita Paradise Villa and feel the all the comforts of home away from home, where even your pet is welcome! You definitely won’t want to leave!

This *pet-friendly* 2 bedroom 2 bath home is all new on the inside, comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests and is located in the nice quiet, well-established neighborhood of Bonita Shores.

The primary bedroom offers a king size bed, a large screen TV, a bath with a walk-in shower and French door to the patio. The guest room has a full size bed with a twin trundle below. Both bedrooms have ample closet space. The guest bath has a single vanity with a tub/shower combo. Should you need additional sleeping space, a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room will fill that need. Want a quiet space to sit and read? The Den/Florida room is the perfect spot!

The open patio has a canopy cover to provide a sun shade and protection from light rains. Enjoy your coffee and pastry breakfasts at sunrise, cocktails in the evening and everything in between. Your view of the back yard is of lawn and lush, mature trees.

If you aren’t dining at one of the nearby popular restaurants: Coconut Jack's Waterfront Grille, Leoni's Pizzeria, Enzo's Italian, Corner Spot, C-Level, The Fish House, or Doc's Beach House (due to fully open again soon - they're remodeling but "OPEN" with Food & Drink Trucks), your fully loaded gourmet kitchen offers everything you’ll need for preparing your own exquisite meals including an air fryer oven. A grocery store, banks, ice cream shop, drugstore, and your choice of fast-food restaurants are just a couple miles away.

Is Pickleball your game? The courts at Naples' Veteran's Park is only 6 miles/14 minute drive. Or you may choose to play at Bonita Springs YMCA, also about a 6 mile drive.

Other items furnished for your convenience and comfort during your stay: Living Room features a large screen smart TV, free wi-fi, beach towels, and a selection of books and games for everyone. Bikes, stand-up paddleboards, and kayaks can be rented just a block north of the house - they also offer back bay tours for paddleboarders.

Our Smart TVs include over 200 channels, but we encourage you to bring your own streaming device, like Roku or Firestick, that has all your favorites.

A complete private laundry inside is for your use, or you may choose to call us for housekeeping services during your stay, whether for a change of linens or full cleaning.

Please note the garage is not available for use by guests. It is locked for the homeowner's use only when they come to stay for their family vacations.

We have checked out the other nearby vacation rentals in our general price point, and we feel a few things set us apart and hope this helps you, when choosing a place to stay.

"Pet -Friendly"
Some are not pet friendly/we allow dogs

"Entire House"
Some are actually duplexes /not entire houses- ours is an entire house with a private fenced yard. Some only have one bathroom- we have 2-FULL bathrooms, it's nice to have a bedroom with a private adjoining full bathroom!

"Location location!"
Some are not west of 41 or not on the same side of the road as the beach. We are 1.2 miles to the beach and on the same side of the road- our family often walks the sidewalk to the beach!

Walkability or "Walk Score"
Our neighborhood has the best little spots nearby- we love to walk just a couple blocks to Scoops Ice Cream, Leoni's pizza, Enzo's, C Level, Fish House and more. Most of which are dog friendly on their patios! #bringfido

"Remodeled"
Some are not updated/ The interior of our home has been remodeled with basically all new everything- flooring /bathrooms/ kitchen/ new HVAC/ insulation/water heater & **great water pressure** It's cute & clean and stays nice and cool inside!

When we were looking to purchase our family vacation home- we knew we loved Bonita Shores the best, over all the other "comparable" neighborhoods from several years of visiting the area.

We love the proximity to the beach, and so many fun things to do nearby: Docs Beach house, paddle boarding, taking sunset dolphin tours, visiting Wonder Gardens, and making great memories in Bonita Springs!

This exact home was our dream regardless of the potential for sharing it as a vacation rental- we knew we would enjoy this location for our future retirement years!
