The second bedroom includes a cozy queen bed and closet, while the bunk room, equipped with a barn door for added privacy, is ideal for kids or extra guests. Every room, including the inviting living area, is equipped with Roku Smart TVs for your entertainment.

The fully stocked kitchen boasts brand-new stainless steel appliances, a 4-person dinette, and additional seating for 4 at the island for easy entertaining. Relax in the spacious living room, featuring a comfortable couch with a queen pull-out bed and a love seat—perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Walmart: Conveniently located just across the street for all your supply needs.
Self-Catering Property: Only starter supplies (trash bags, laundry soap, body wash, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels) are provided, so be sure to bring or purchase extras.
Parking: Enjoy the convenience of parking in the secure garage.
Great Dining Nearby: Located near some of our favorite local restaurants for a tasty meal out.
Prime Location: Situated on the East End of PCB, just a short distance from Andrews State Park.
Spring Break Policies: During Spring Break, we rent exclusively to families or groups with a primary renter who is at least 25 years of age.
Beach Chair Service: Beach chair rentals are available from March 1st to October 31st, but please note this service is not included in the property rental.

Items to Bring

Please note that we provide a starter kit of essential items, including trash bags, laundry soap, body wash, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels. However, you may want to bring or purchase extra supplies for the duration of your stay.

In addition, don't forget to pack the following for a perfect beach getaway:
