Beds not comfortable at all. I did not sit on LR furniture because it needs to be cleaned and throw pillows need to be thrown away. Balcony cushions need to be changed out. Condo was clean, but did not have a clean feel.

Baseball vacation

We were in PCB for a baseball tournament. The location of the condo was just a short drive to the Publix complex. The condo was very nice. It has everything we needed for our stay.

Condo was great. Only issue with the property OSS the elevators and that OSS not something the owner has control over. Would book again.

Laketown Wharf

Nice place. Lots of security at resort. Good police presence in PCB. Patio furniture could use an update. Easy access to everything.

Beach Condo

The condo is beautiful and spacious. The location is great. Its close to lots of restaurants and shopping, and the beach is just across the street. Wendy is great. She is an excellent communicator. The only thing is that the condo could have been more clean. Other than that is was a great stay.

Property is extremely dated. Living Room Furniture is stained with sweat, body lotions & has prominent foul odor. Balcony furniture VERY rusty & in poor condition. Other balconies nearby had all resin furniture compatible with Florida weather. Large areas of rusty metal all over balcony as well as piles of leftover vacation trash piled to side of balcony. Refrigerator did not work & we had to purchase multiple coolers & daily bags of ice for our food/beverages. Dirty dishes in Dishwasher. Beds & throwpillows were stained, had B.O. smell & were faded, torn & in horrible shape. 1 toilet had a dried feces smear down the side. We bought cleaning supplies & recleaned ourselves. Owner named Wendy was contacted & we were told this Property had "great reviews" & accused of " trying to scam" her. ZERO Customer Service skills by this Owner. Many photos taken of this property's filth & disrepair. No complaints at all with Laketown Wharf other than slow elevators during peak daytime hours. Would NOT ever recommend this Owner to anyone.

This tenant is a scam artist and tried to stay for free by saying things that were not true. I refunded the cleaning fee to him but he wanted a free stay. I offered a 100% refund but he did not want that either. I sent over the cleaning folks and all they could complain about is that the pillows should be brand new with each tenant, to which we explained we do not buy new pillows for each guest and as far as I know there is not a condo or a hotel that replaces the pillow after each guest and that each pillow does have protection covers and pillow cases that are washed after each guest. Then he said the fridge did not work so I hired a repair man to come out to fix it and he would not allow the repair man to come in and fix the fridge and stated "oh now it is working". This guest is a scammer and I did let VRBO know and them. Be warned if you rent to them they are skilled at trying to get free rent and threaten to give bad reviews to get the free stay.

Family getaway

Would highly recommended. So much to do close by. Although we spent most of our days at the pool and at the beach. The only complaint which we were prepared for being peak season,the elevator wait. Luckily everyone was very curtious of others. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

The impossibly slow elevators is enough to cause me to never stay at this property again, especially considering the cost. The room is was in bad need of updating. The 3 bedroom was very spacious and fit our party of 7 really well.

I'll keep this short.The good: Beach access was easy, and the beach itself was clean and enjoyable. The location is excellent, with most stores, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. The pools and hot tubs were nice, and the poolside grill/bar had better prices than I've seen elsewhere. Overall, aside from the room issues, the property was good and we enjoyed our stay.The bad: The unit was not properly cleaned upon arrival. We found hair in the beds, dirty floors that turned our feet black, and mildew/mold on the sink rack. I contacted the owner, who responded quickly and said she would address it with the cleaning company, but no refund or credit was offered for the cleaning fee.Elevators could be slow at times, resulting in long waits. Parking was also frustrating. We had three vehicles, and unlike most places we've stayed, there was no practical overflow parking. The designated overflow lot was about half a mile away and cost 12 per day, while other parking decks sat mostly empty.The balcony furniture was outdated, and the beach chairs and toys provided were largely unusable. Several items had visible mold/mildew, and the chairs were heavily rusted.The owner was responsive and pleasant to deal with. PCB isn't the most upscale destination, so I expected a few issues, but the cleanliness concerns and parking situation were the biggest drawbacks.Rating: 3/5 stars - Probably wouldn't stay here again. Not putting it all on the condo itself though.

Fun

Everything was great. It was very spacious. My only problems were getting up and down the elevator,paying for wristbands that the kids didn't even receive and on the cleanliness, i could tell that the dishes were just thrown in the dishwasher because they had leftover food on them. There were also crumbs in the console of the couch. I am a neat freak, so i am a little picky, but overall it was a nice stay.

Panama

The online listing showed different view from the actual condo, it also stated beach front and we actually had to walk quite a ways. The unit cookware needs to be updated. We did not realize the hot tub advertised was a community hot tub.

Much needed vacation

Renting with Vrbo was wonderful I use them all the time and they have great condo that includes resorts. The pictures shown for this condo was until it shows you that 2 twin bunkbeds in hallways but it was only 1 twin bunked. They only provided a half roll of tissue for 2 of the bathrooms and 1full for the 2nd bathroom. We managed to make it through the next morning being it was ALL ladies. I contacted the host she replied 3 hours later. The ELEVATORS was HORRIBLE the whole stay we had to wait 30 til 45 minutes just to get on. Smh otherwise the resort is very beautiful.

I hope you enjoyed the beautiful condo that was provided with brand new floors and appliances for you to enjoy. The condo has had many renovations each year to ensure there are new updates for the guests to enjoy each time they return. The listing shows one set of bunkbeds. The pictures also reflect one set of bunkbeds. I am sorry you were confused and thought there would be more. The condo only sleeps 10. For the guests convenience the condo comes with toilet paper in each bathroom but the guest is required to bring there own supplies after the first day. At this time of year the elevators are slow at all the resorts in Panama City Beach do to the increased amount of people vacationing. The elevators are the busiest at check in and check out and do create a delay. This is stated in the information that is sent out ahead of all arrivals.

Horrible experience

Unit was very dirty and cleaning services had to return. Patio hadn’t been cleaned and patio furniture old and need replacement. Elevators were extremely slow, hot,dirty, and stayed full. We met several families complaining about their units and the dissatisfaction. We tried finding other accommodations but due to holiday weekend, everything was booked. My family checked out a day early. I will not stay in this unit again!

This guest was not a good guest and complained about everything trying to get a free stay. I did everything to try to make them happy. I offered a full refund if they wanted to leave but they wanted to stay and wanted a discounted or a refunded stay. They complained that the wind tipped over the patio cushion. Complained that the patio was stained, I had a professional company come right out and clean the patio. I sent the cleaning company out to re-clean. I had another company clean the couches. They complained that the garbage can was dirty. These are things that they tried to find to complain about. Please read all the other reviews that state the condo is nice and clean and that this guest was just trying to get a free vacation.

Nice property but no TV in living room available

The property was nice, but the deposit was very high and took a long time to get back. I had to dispute it with my credit card. The tv in the living room has the owners personal credit card information on it, so we couldn’t use it. Everyone had to go into the master bedroom to watch football. They asked that towels be started but they didn’t leave any laundry detergent. Other than those minor items, the property was nice for the 8 adults that went

Think twice

We got there check in was ruff and text let know we made it and what was wrong with place. Well the next day still no hot water called to tell them she said plumber just left make sure it’s none before I have to call him again. Day three warm water if you had some it would go off and on while in shower. The elevators was a joke after lunch until next morning. If you are going to party then you found the right area. They say no smoking but all you smell is weed on balcony you couldn’t enjoy it. The kitchen is equipment but the pans so bad everything sticks to them. Bring ya own. Security stays on you for them bands so make sure wear it and have parking pass so they can see it. The kiddie pool is great if you want to walk a mile on that floor just to get to it.

First time to PCB

This property was very nice. The condo was big and clean. Plenty of space and one of the best air conditioners I have ever experienced. It will freeze you out of there even on high. The owner provided chairs , wagon and a tent and other items for beach. It was in a good location to everything. Walmart was right across the street , also several restaurants and activities to do. The zoo is only a mile down the road , it was small but very cute and alot of hands on , you will think pricey but it was way worth it. Only downfall in PCB in this area is there is alot of young adults who like to disobey so the beach got shot down from 10pm to 5am everyday. Also as everyone else has said the elevators were slow but not that bad. There was 2 or 3 days there was only 2 working but they finally got them back working and it was fine. The ice cream shop downstairs was amazing , got it everyday. The pools were huge and amazing. Security was always checking people's band making sure they belonged on property which I liked. Overall it was nice and kids enjoyed so that's all that matter.

Great location and good value

We enjoyed our stay. Great location, nice and central to everything. Love the pools and hot tubs which worked great for the kids. Agree with others about elevator slowness. Hopefully the property can rectify the issues with the main elevators off the parking garage on the north building. Would rent again. Thanks Wendy!

Son’s 12th Birthday Trip

Everything advertised is accurate… Location is close to everything… Beach a simple walk across the street… Elevators are extremely slow… avoid using elevators during busy hours around the resort. Other than that everything was fine my family and I enjoyed our stay.
