This is a North facing unit with incredible views of Gulf State Park and awesome rates!!!



Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. Come check out the large custom kitchen and a 60'' HD TV in the living room, and flat panel HD TVs in all the bedrooms.



Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh, grab your favorite drink and relax. The north facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. A wet-bar, ice-maker and wine cooler will enhance any party. The decor in the condo is exceptional.



The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has two Queens and there are two Full sized beds in the 3rd bedroom and we have a sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 12.



Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.



The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.



For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!


Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Family beach trip

Plenty of room for a big family. Everything you need to cook in the kitchen and every room had a bathroom with an extra in the hallway. Very clean and easy check in/out processes. Will definitely be staying here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Spring break get away

Loved that the location had beach access! Nicely in the middle of orange beach and gulf shores. Was not nearly as busy as gulf shores. Condo was clean, beds were comfy, kitchen was stocked.

Family Vacation

Facilty had enough for all of us to do things from the indoor and outdoor pools, beach access and chairs to pickleball courts. Cliee enough to activaties and the pier to fish. The condonits self was spacious for 7 people and had all the house essentials! Great place to stay! Will definitely be back!

The room was amazing and had tons of space. We had everything we needed there. I have stayed there before in different rooms, but this one we loved the most!!

Good place for large group

Some overall dirtiness when we arrived (brown mud splashed on bathroom doors and primary bedroom door) but overall as described and nice. Plenty of kitchen utensils and pots/pans for cooking. Elevators slow during some times as described by others but we expected it so not a major issue. It helped once we realized there was a downstairs beach storage so we were able to leave stuff downstairs and avoid some waiting. Beach access was good overall. The pool and lazy river were a little crowded and greenish water but the kids didnt mind. Adult pool was clear and quiet.

Bad Experience

Check in day was a disaster. They have 6 elevators, but only 3 working elevators. The wait for an elevator was over an hour. You also have to pay extra for parking. No parking spaces are included. Another person in my party was first to arrive and when he went to check in and he was told the unit came with 2 passes. He was lead to believe they would be in the condo. After he found they weren’t in there, he went back to the check in and waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the desk and they told him he had to pay. The unit comes with 2 available for purchase. I eye witnessed a lady get a boot put on her car after she waited an hour and 15 minutes on an elevator to get back to her car. She had the pass in hand and had to pay $210 to have the boot removed. I complained about the practice and the response was rude. The pool are was dirty. The water was only clear in one of the 3 pools. The jets on the lazy river were not working either. Above us were a group of late night party people that listened to loud music. We tried to complain but no staff or security was around until morning. We complained the next morning and nothing changed. No evening security or front desk personnel to do anything about the situation. I will never stay at the Oasis again.

Spectacular Orange Beach

This is a nice condo. Beautiful decor, clean, exactly as pictured. Convenient to beach! No beach view! Lots of space. We had 3 kids, 2 parents, 2 grandparents. We cooked had plenty of dishes, pots pans and utensils. With space for several of us to cook together! Lots of fun! Great fitness center. Sauna hot tub floats arcade grill restaurant. Sofa bed adds extra sleeping space. Easy to work with very helpful and organized! No issues. Will be back!

Orange Beach 2024

Had a very nice family vacation at 1914. Spacious enough for our family of 8. Kitchen was lacking a little in pots and pans for cooking. The amenities of the site was very nice. The lazy river stayed very crowded with lots of kids without floats which i would think could be dangerous. Parking garage is very nice benefit but very tight.All in all was a very nice condo.

Comfy Condo

We had a party of 12 and fit comfortably, we enjoyed the fact each room had its own private bathroom and one primary in hallway which was used for the guest who slept on pull out sofa. Love the easy access to the beach and indoor pools. We will be back

Lovely place

We had a lovely time with family. We were disappointed that the indoor pool was not heated or the outdoor pools and slide accessible due to weather or season. Also the smart TV needs to be updated as it could not connect to the internet because of its age - and this is a quote from the technician who came to check it out. Other than those 2 issues, we had a lovely time ! Thank you!

Short drive to Walmart and restaurants. Cons. Elevators take forever. Learned to avoid them at 10 am and 4pm otherwise wait could be 20 min. Beach is overly crowded. Overall would stay again.

Long weekend trip
