Our home is perfect for friends and families, boasts a spacious backyard and pool for an unforgettable stay. Nestled in a serene Citrus Heights suburb, this charming home caters to all with four bedrooms: three kings, two full-sized beds, plus a pull-out sofa. Relax on ample couches, binge on favorite shows via dual 70-inch TVs! Enjoy the expansive backyard with patio furniture, pool, hot tub, and sprawling lawn, ideal for group outdoor fun. Just 20 mins from Downtown Sacramento!

Guests will have access to the entire home.

Extra Guest Fee- The nightly total includes up to 6 guests only. An extra guest fee of $25 per person, per night applies beyond the 6th guest.
Surveillance We have a Ring security camera above the driveway and a Ring doorbell camera outside of the front door. Both devices record audio and video 24/7.Decibel monitor- The device doesn't record or transmit conversations or sounds but measures the the overall decibel in the house.
Please take note that the POOL is NOT HEATED and the hot tub doesn't have a jet. The DIVING BOARD is REMOVED.
Please take note of the cancelation policy. It is recommended to purchase travel insurance.

Great place! 5min from costco and less from safeway. AC was great. the pool had a nice shallow end and gets decently deep at the other half. overall a great stay.

Family get away

This property was a great location to everything we wanted to go to. The house was very clean inside and accommodated all 9 of us. The pool was absolutely AMAZING. There was only 2 things that would of made our stay better: The “grass” outside in the backyard in reality was weeds.. not a big deal for us but to be aware about. Second thing was that we had no access to cleaning supplies such as broom or mop, much needed when having a 1 year old. Overall this property was a great place for our family vacation, and we would stay there again!! Thank you to Seth and his staff, we appreciate it!!

Disappointed

Pros – location, comfortable beds, nice, decorating and beautiful pool. We were in town for a family funeral. There were six people in their 70s. We need four large bedrooms with larger beds and a relaxing place to have meals in between family affairs. Cons – communication was good in the beginning, but we never got responses when we reported several items to the owner. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes, and we had to hand wash them. Maintenance issues, missing door knob on a bedroom door. This was reported in a September post also. Bedside lamps not working master toilet does not flush properly. Lack of fire alarms, one room, totally missing one and others had no light. Also, they were ants in the bedroom near the kitchen, we discovered on the last day. This was also reported to the owners. This rental I would not recommend to others.

Family reunion

Check in was easy. First appearance, dead grass, driveway stains . Neighborhood decent. Curbside appearance needs a bit of improvement . Inside of residence is as advertised. Beautifully appointed and well decorated. Spacious. We were a family of 10 in town for a reunion with local family. Doorknob loose and fell off in one of the bedrooms, had to re attach it. Some kitchen cabinets were loose , kitchen sink fixture felt loose. Small fridge never cooled down for beverages . Small fridge freezer did work. Back yard , dead grass, no outdoor lighting, jacuzzi pump not working. Bbq was dirty and required cleaning before use. No cushions for any outdoor seating. Some outdoor furniture needed refurbishment. Spider issue back yard and front door entrance. Lack of cleaning supplies. We had to buy a few items including a bug spray for the spider issues. We tried to entertain and had a total of 5 extra family members and that was a issue. The property has huge potential to be amazing. The back yard also has so much promise. Overall the interior was as described .

Do not book this place without reading this!! Dirty, dirty, dirty home!!

Property was filthy- we had to buy a new shower curtain as the one there was disgusting. There were 2 kitchen sponges that looked like they were used to clean the floor. Barely any paper towels or toilet paper and no laundry soap- we had to buy items to stock the kitchen so it was minimally functional!! The lawn and landscaping were dead, door handles were missing on several rooms, safety latch on front door was missing part so could not be used, there were no towels in the kitchen and barely enough towels for bathing and pool - there were very limited kitchen supplies- 2 Tupperware pieces with no lids, no foil, no saran wrap, no baggies - a 4 bedroom home should have sufficient towels for all -not 4 skimpy bath towels. Garage was filthy (which is where we parked & entered the home) with an old fridge not plugged in & molded everywhere- plus that's a huge safety hazard. Photos make it look like it's newly remodeled -this looks like a bad flip that was never completed. Neighborhood was sketchy -and trash cans were skewed all over the front yard. Owner texted me upon booking & demanded to know the name & age of every person staying there- despite my agreeing to rules on line he texted them to me 3 more times warning me if anyone other than the people on my list were at the property we would be asked to vacate & he would keep our money. We did not plan on having guests but who tells their renters they cannot have a guest visit? if I could give this host a zero I would.

Has potential

The location and neighborhood was good. The house appears to be halfway renovated to look nice but has many small issues that I expect from Vrbo listing such as: basic spices (salt/ pepper), shampoo, conditioner in the shower, etc. the overall space for a fun family gathering is there. If you are a clean freak like me this may not be the house for you. I ended up cleaning the area myself.
