Our sunny home is located in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood convenient to shopping, entertainment, and more.
All the mattresses ( 2 queens 1 king) are pillow top queenside to have a great quality sleep.
High-quality laminate flooring throughout the whole house.
A fully stocked kitchen set-up with high-end stainless steel appliances and a big dining table is set in the dining area to enjoy meals with your family facing the pool.
Have an amazing time with your family or friends in our cozy backyard Comfortable couch and 55" UHD SMART 4K TV with Netflix and other free apps to enjoy quality time with your family or friends.
High tech heat/AC vents, smart thermostat, high tech smoke, and carbon monoxide detectors installed.


Guest access

Guest have access to the whole house minus the garage.
Features:
- Key-less entry with door code upon arrival.
- Free Internet Wi-Fi.
- Family Room: Netflix, ethernet cables.
- Kitchen: Coffee maker, K-cup coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, oil, salts, and peppers.
- Bathroom: Bathtub and stand-in shower, hairdryer, and shampoo/conditioner, soap.
- Laundry room: washer, dryer, iron, iron board, laundry detergent, and softener.
- Two parking spaces on the driveway and ample free street parking

Check-in: 5 pm.
Check-out: 11 am.


Other things to note

- Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed.
- Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect.
- Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house. Maximum 2 cars at all time.
- No parties allowed.
- Please inform the host of any visitors during your stay.
- No pets.
- No smoke inside of the property. We have smoke and noise-aware detectors to make sure our guests follow our house rules. If the smoke aware notify us that someone is smoking inside of the house, the reservation will be automatically canceled and we will advise the guest to leave the property immediately. if we got a notification that the noise level is too high, we will reach out to the guest two times. If they don't change the behavior we will cancel the reservation and invite the guest to leave the property.
- No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither).
- We have a ring doorbell at the front and back for security reasons.
- Locals must contact us before booking.
- The pool is not available during winter, and it's only available during summer season. (Pool is not heated)
-You can use and swim at the pool at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for any incident that may occur.

To make sure that the pool water is clean and treated, we have pool maintenance, weekly. Despite these efforts, leaves may still fall because we are surrounded by trees.

We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.
