Crystal Sands 315A is a lovely, two-story condo located in Destin’s popular Crystal Beach community. Its gulf-front location offers incredible views of the beach and convenient access to the sandy shores. The condo has a costal-inspired interior that boasts a bright living space, two bedrooms, and two baths. It can accommodate up to eight vacationers.

The first-floor living area is sunny and welcoming, with a high ceiling, white tile flooring, and two sliding glass doors facing the gulf. The living room features a dove-gray, queen-size sleeper sofa and two accent chairs that face a seafoam credenza and flatscreen TV. From here, visitors can enjoy the best of vacation entertainment—chatting with fellow vacationers, catching the big game on TV, or watching as the waves roll in through the wall of sliding glass doors. The doors open onto a furnished beachfront balcony, which was made for sipping a refreshing cocktail and relax in the summer breeze. The living room flows seamlessly into a dining room that features a large table with four chairs and a bench for seating. Extra seating is located at the adjacent kitchen bar. The kitchen includes spacious granite countertops and gray cabinetry.

The master suite is also on the first level. It has a king-size bed, cottage-style furnishings, chic coastal wall décor, and a TV. It has access to a full hall bath with a glass-walled shower. Ascend the open staircase to the second level, where you will find a guest bedroom, as well as an enclosed bonus loft. The enclosed lofted bonus room includes a king-size bed and colorful beach accents. It shares a bathroom with a guest bedroom that includes two twin-size beds.

A stay at Crystal Sands ensures guests have access to great vacation amenities. These include a pool, BBQ grills, a beachside picnic area, free seasonal beach service, and convenient beach access. Another benefit of this condo is its proximity to Destin activities and entertainment. Only a few minutes away, you will find the Destin Commons, an outdoor retail village with shops, restaurants, a kid’s outdoor play plaza, and a movie theater. Crystal Sands also sits between HarborWalk Village to the west and Sandestin’s Village of Baytowne Wharf to the east. At the fun and vibrant HarborWalk Village, Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive discounted rates for dolphin cruises and recreational activities. At the Village of Baytowne Wharf, visitors will love exploring the variety of shopping venues, restaurants, adventure zones, village activities, and seasonal concerts and events. First Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Master Bedroom with Shared Walk-In Shower, Laundry.

Second Level: Enclosed Loft with King Bed, Bedroom with Two Twin Beds, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo.

*Parking for 2 vehilces per unit only. Vehicles without a proper parking pass is subject to be towed at the owners expense.

*Crystal Sands is a smoke free environment with no smoking of any kind on the grounds, walkways, balconies, patios, parking lots, sidewalks, boardwalks, or the beach.

*Personal umbrellas, tents, tarps, canopies, or cabanas are not permitted on the beach, except for baby tents, which must not exceed 48” in height. Two chairs and one umbrella are provided, and additional set-ups can be rented through the onsite beach service. Private chairs are allowed to be set up behind the rental row of umbrellas

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during Thanksgiving week and March through April.

*Note - Through Spring, the pools at Crystal Sands will undergo weekday resurfacing and upgrades. Only one pool will be closed at a time, ensuring continued pool access. Thank you for your understanding.
