We are also only 19 miles from ATT Stadium and Six Flags, and 32 miles out from Downtown Dallas. At just 23.4 miles away you can find the Hammons Convention Center and 22.6 miles away from Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Forth Worth Joint Reserve. We encourage you to enjoy our home, but please remember that only registered guests are permitted during your rental period. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any queries. If you're uncertain about whether your stay falls within these guidelines, please consult with us before booking.

- ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS -

Our nightly rate covers the first six guests. Starting from the seventh guest, an additional fee of $39 per guest per night will be charged.

The fourth bedroom will be opened for groups of 8+ guests, to accommodate their sleeping arrangements.

- POOL AND HOT TUB -
Please note that the pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year.

As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort.

The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. .

The landscaper goes once a week.

- SECURITY CAMERAS -

For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.

- HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS -

Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancelation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit.

- PEST CONTROL -

This home features a garden area. Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. We strive to keep the house clean and have monthly pest control measures in place.

- Ice maker and water filter on the fridge is currently out of service -
