This single-story home has three bedrooms. Upon front door entry, you will find a spacious entry hall in a coat closet connecting the cozy living room with the game room to the right. In between, there is a patio door to the backyard. To the left side of the living room, there is the master bedroom with a king size bed and a twin size daybed with a trundle en-suite with a spacious bathroom with a shower. On the opposite side of the house, you find a small hallway leading to a hallway bathroom with a bathtub and two other bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen size bed. You can enter the kitchen with dining area through the game room or the entrance from the hallway. You can also access the backyard through the kitchen.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house except supply closets and the garage.

--This house is located in a quiet residential area with older neighbors, so please the neighbors by observing the quiet hours from 10pm to 8am and moving loud conversations and gatherings into the house after 10pm.
--The pool and inground spa attached to the pool is NOT heated.
