A Lovely Getaway Outside of the City

This was our first time in Palm Springs! It was a bit far from the city, but nice and quiet with the family and kids. The house is lovely with lots of space! Just needs some new furniture… couch, bed, outdoor tables, etc. Pool and hot tub were fabulous! Amazing yard. Thanks again!

Perfect For Families

Great home for families. Well maintained home and well equipped with all the necessities. Host was communicative and friendly. Location was perfect for our needs. Pool/spa is a little tricky but be sure to read directions properly and communicate with owner ahead of time to preheat the pool. Beds were comfortable and all linens were clean. Felt like home away from home. Def recommend.

Thanksgiving getaway

Host was extremely fast with responses. We stayed at Thanksgiving so it was a little cooler overall. We didn't pay for the pool heat but used the hot tub often. It takes about 30 min to heat and once you get the hang of the tablet controls in the kitchen it's pretty easy. There was enough beds for our party of 10, 6 adults and 4 kids. 2 bunk beds in one room. Neighborhood is very quiet but about 15 min from Palm springs or 20 from Palm desert. We didn't do much at all in desert hot springs. Joshua tree was about an hour but that got you well into the park as well. The house is very noisy and the doors are hollow core inside the house. I'm a light sleeper so I awoke when others got up to use the bathrooms etc. the beds are memory foam but I slept pretty well. We could have used some more blankets since it did cool down at night. Tvs are Roku which are good and bad. There were no local channels for watching NFL but I always bring my own devices to access local feeds. The pool table and foosball table for used often but again were very loud in the open spaces. Overall this house worked well for our family.

Good Overall

Place was very nice and clean. Spacious and well appointed overall. Views were AMAZING. Quiet street. Little far from palm springs activities. About 25-30 min to get there. Listing SHOULD say 'heated for $$$' though. So if it is not going to be warm when you are going, know that you will have to pay for that part. Also, laundry machines were broken. Would stay again. Host was very nice and responds quickly.

Desert hot springs stay

Several of my girlfriends and I stayed at this location. This is a lovely home, exactly as pictured. It is very clean, well furnished. The pool, hot tub, and backyard were fantastic. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to spend some time in Joshua tree and Palm Springs. It is about 30 minutes from the airport and 50 minutes from Joshua tree. Dmitry is super easy to communicate with and gets back to you almost immediately. We all really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

Very nice weekend getaway.

This property was clean, roomy, had games, and a nice pool/jacuzzi. Very quiet and relaxed neighborhood. A bit of a drive to our main activities, but not a problem because we had transportation. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Really pleasant time.

Fall Break Getaway

Overall, this property was very nice. The pros include cleanliness, the beautiful pool and backyard, pool table and the responsiveness of the owner. Here are the reasons I did not give it 5 Stars: The beautiful pool/spa heating system was difficult to work. Parts were not functioning properly and we had to have a technician come out twice. We paid for the pool to be heated (which was nice), but it still required me to use the pool app instead of just being heated up each morning when kids wanted to swim or each evening when we returned home from activities. Just not a convenient system. While the yard was really pretty, there was no comfortable yard furniture to use. The wooden patio furniture and lawn chairs were rickety and need to be replaced. It would have been so nice to all sit out there together and watch the kids swim, but we would have had to sit on the grass. There were lots of swimming towels, but not enough bath towels. Also, we arrived later in the evening and there were no lights on at the front of the property. It made it difficult to get unloaded and when we pulled out our phone flashlights, we saw multiple black widow spiders in webs along the front of the garage. Of course, there will be bugs and spiders. It just didn't look like things had been swept/cleaned up at all before our arrival. Overall, it was a fun time...lots of great memories playing pool and enjoying the pool when it was working!

Perfect Vrbo

Great experience with a beautiful view. The living spaces were just like the photos. Host was very nice and communicative. Clean and a beautiful home. Overall my friends and I had a great experience staying at this Vrbo and with the host.

Overall nice house

The house is nice and as described, but a few things could be improved. There was only one bath towel per person and no extras. Also, you can only heat the pool or the hot tub, not both simultaneously. This might not be an issue in the summer but for us it meant we could only use one at a time.

Perfect desert home away from home

We loved this house! There is so much space 5 adults and a toddler shared the home easily. The pool and hot tub were clean and easy to operate. The location put us right in the middle of all the different activities we were hoping to do in the area. We’ll definitely rent this house again in the future.

Nice, Roomy Place

The property is as described. Very roomy with plenty of space for my church group. Our stay was comfortable and all the amenities worked out great for us. Dmitry is a great host and provides timely communications. The only thing I would suggest is to add lighting above the family room area (TV area). Overall this is a great property. I would use this property again!

Clean and great family house

We booked this house between Christmas and new Years, it was a great house for family entertainment, it had a pool table and a fuse ball table, great big rooms with comfy beds. All the amenities for us, a great pool and jacuzzi. Its in Desert Hot Springs, so we got to see Palm Springs (20 min) Joshua Tree (30+ min) and do the tram in Plan Springs, to be able to see snow and do a small hike. I would totally come back to this house!!!!!!
