Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire Waldens Cove Retreat cabin and all its private amenities. This includes:

Interaction With Guests:
We respect our guests' privacy, but we are always available remotely should you need anything during your stay. We are happy to answer any questions or provide recommendations to ensure you have a wonderful experience.

Other Details to Note:
Security Deposit: A $250 security deposit is required for booking. Damages to the property will result in charges for repair costs and forfeiture of the security deposit.

Damages & Theft: Guests are responsible for any damage or theft of property. Please report accidental damages to the owners immediately.

Cleaning: A $200 cleaning fee covers general cleaning. Additional charges will apply for cleaning beyond normal wear and tear.

Well Water: Our cabin uses well water, which may have a slight sulfur smell and occasional brown color, common in the Smoky Mountains. It is safe for drinking, bathing, and cooking. Wells require time to replenish, so water pressure may fluctuate, and you may need to use water sparingly at times.

Weather & Outages: No refunds are issued due to bad weather or electrical outages.

Personal Property & Vehicles: WaldensCoveRetreat is not responsible for lost, stolen, or wildlife-damaged personal property or vehicles.

Wildlife: Never feed, taunt, or approach wild animals. WaldensCoveRetreat is not responsible for bodily injury or death caused by wildlife.

Security Cameras: For your safety and property security, the cabin is equipped with four exterior-only security cameras: one monitoring the driveway/parking lot, two covering backyard entrances, and one for the front porch entrance. These cameras do not monitor any indoor spaces.

Accessibility: Please note that stairs must be climbed to enter the front porch and cabin.

Liability: By booking, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with using the cabin and agree to follow all safety precautions and house rules. You waive and release the property owners from any claims for personal injury, property damage, or death that may occur during your stay. Breaking the rental agreement or requiring law enforcement intervention may result in immediate eviction.
