Conveniently located close to all the area's best attractions, shopping, and dining, A Place At The Beach offers extensive amenities that include an outdoor pool with a waterslide, an indoor pool, a hot tub, an elevator, tennis and basketball courts, shared grills, and a game room. Spend some quality time at the nine-hole putt-putt golf course. Ready to hit the beach? You can follow the walkway to the beautiful, white, sandy beach of the Crystal Coast and ride the waves, soak up the sun, or collect seashells. This lovely suite is located on the third floor and includes all the comforts of home. With plenty of seating in the living room, everyone can enjoy their favorite Blu-ray movies on the TV. You can also use the futon for additional guests. Step outside and have a seat on the balcony to unwind in the fresh ocean air. You will also find a fully-equipped galley-style kitchen with all the necessary major and small appliances. For dining, your family can gather around the dining table with seating for four. Down the hall, you will find a full bath with a shower stall. The private convertible den, adjacent to the living area, offers additional sleeping with a full-size bed. The primary bedroom includes a queen bed, a TV, and a private full bath with a tub/shower combo. Don't forget to post your best selfies to your social media via the free WiFi!

Loved the putt putt and basketball court onsite. Loved the pool and water slide that was there as well. Has a nice walkway to the beach

Short getaway

Great place to stay

Very nice place to stay, convenient to many activities and dining. It is right on a quiet beach and amenities can keep a family busy. One down fall is the elevator is at the other end of the building. Found the complex to be real quiet at night, clean and employees real attentive and nice

Decent stay

We enjoyed our time here. The furniture is a little dated and not much sitting room but we knew we wouldn’t be in the room too much. Limited silverware so we ended up getting paper plates and plastic ware. WiFi was not great but wasn’t a huge issue for us. The pool and water slide were great, the kids loved that. Enjoyed being right on the beach although the walk across the sand is a bit long. Overall we enjoyed ourselves!

Great complex, but find a better condo option

We loved the condo that came equipped with 2 beds and 2 full baths, it was great the kitchen had everything you would need to cook & reheat meals, all utensils and silverware and ever pots and pans and Tupperware. I wish it said this somewhere on the about page because we had no clue if we should pack food you had to prepare… the listing should be more descriptive. The condo itself is outdated and furnished with the cheapest furniture. We wished there was a table lamp in the bedrooms for nighttime with kids. When we entered the sheets on the beds were sandy, some of the drawers in the bedroom had food in them, and there was left over coffee in the coffee maker. The cleaners should be doing a deeper clean. The condo complex is great, with tons of recreational options. We enjoying being able to check out tennis rackets, ping pong balls, basketballs, and have so many options of activities. The indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs were great! Overall we would stay at the complex again, just in a more updated condo.

Nasty and unmaintained

The only benefit to this condo was the actual Condominium it was in. Yes it had everything we needed for a week long vacation with 3 kids. However, it was disgusting! The drawers in the kitchen had pieces of food in them, the floors throughout hadn’t been swept or mopped, the base boards had an inch of dirt and sand piled next to them. There was a bag of open chips left under the bed in the master that were scattered, sand left all in the tubs and sinks, mildew on the shower curtains. The TV that was supposed to be in the 2nd bedroom was gone. Receptacles throughout the whole condo were so wore out they wouldn’t hold a plug in them. The list goes on and on. My wife spent hours cleaning after we arrived because we couldn’t get anyone to respond when we contacted Vacasa. They would send us to someone else then the call would get dropped. We also had to use all 4 cell phones to call because once they hung up on one phone number, they wouldn’t answer if we called back from the same number. If this condo had been deep cleaned, it would have been nice for the price. It does need several repairs and updates, and just basic maintenance like batteries in the clock and blown lightbulbs replaced.

Nice for a long weekend.

The beach. Clean. Only drawback the elevator was at the opposite of the complex and we were on the 3rd floor.
