THE ESTATE
Your booking includes both the Main House and adjacent Guest House with a total of 11 bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms. Accommodates up to 11 guests in private rooms, or up to 24 guests willing to share beds and rooms.

Main House

- Chef's kitchen with table settings for 24
- Dining room, living room and sun room with waterfront views

Guest House
- Six private bedrooms, each with full bathroom and double bed
- Just steps away from the Main House
- Perfect when everyone needs their own space

Flexible Pricing: The entire estate is included in all bookings. Discounts may be available for smaller groups not requiring all Guest House bedrooms—just message us.

Bedroom & Bathroom Configuration:
- 8 bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms (all 6 Guest House rooms plus 2 Main House first-floor bedrooms)
- 3 additional bedrooms on the Main House second floor share one full hall bath
- For groups of 8, everyone enjoys a private bathroom. For 9-11 guests, the second-floor bedrooms share the upstairs bathroom—perfect for colleagues who don't mind sharing or for a smaller contingent from the same team.
- WiFi, flexible meeting spaces, and complete estate privacy make this ideal for leadership retreats, strategic planning, and board meetings. Perfect for weekday bookings in spring, fall, and winter.

FOR FAMILY REUNIONS (Up to 24 guests)
- Plenty of activities to fill your days: kayak the Chesapeake Bay, explore hiking trails, relax on private beaches, gather around evening campfires, or simply enjoy 432 acres of space for kids to play. The dining table fits the whole family for shared meals.
- With 11 bedrooms and 15 beds, families have flexible sleeping arrangements (see bedroom details section for full bed configurations). Perfect for summer weeks, holiday gatherings, and multi-generational celebrations.

WEDDING WEEKEND PACKAGES
Celebrate your entire wedding weekend at Eagle Point—from rehearsal dinner to ceremony to morning-after brunch, all on your private 432-acre waterfront estate.
- Spring and Fall Outdoor Weddings ($11,000-$15,000+):
2 nights lodging for up to 24 guests plus outdoor ceremony and reception tent for up to 250 total wedding guests. Includes 60'x100' reception tent, ceremony chairs and setup, get-ready suites, ample parking with attendants, rehearsal access, and coordination with your vendors.
- Indoor Mini & Micro Weddings ($5,000-$8,500+):
November through mid-April, accommodates approximately 50 total guests on property (including overnight guests). Includes ceremony and reception setup, get-ready spaces, and venue coordination.
- Due to the specialized planning, coordination, and additional amenities included with wedding weekends, these events require separate contracts and cannot be booked through this platform. Message us for full wedding details and availability.
