This corner 2 bedroom has such a stunning view over the Caribbean Sea that you will never get enough of. So many shades of green and blue and the water is so crystal clear.
The private sandy beach in front of the complex makes this rental one of a kind !
A well equipped kitchen with all you need to cook a fine meal and dining outside on the balcony to enjoy this incredible view.
Both bedrooms have ac's and fan's , ensuite bathrooms and very comfortable beds.
No need to climb stairs as the elevator brings you to the third floor.
Dive locker and rinse tank on the oceanfront side and a dive shop across the street


During the Christmas period there is a minimum stay of 14 nights requested

The condo was beautiful and the view amazing. Couldn't have gotten a better location. Everything was perfect. The only small issue is the parking is really tight and not enough spaces for all the cars to fit.

I’m convinced this is the absolute best place to stay on the entire island of Bonaire. Location is perfect. The view from the balcony is perfect. We watched the sunset every night with a perfect view. We saw turtles and fish every single day from our balcony. Theres essentially a private beach. The pool area is an amazing place to spend a day if you choose to veg out any day you’re there. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. I don’t have a single complaint.

Awesome balcony where you can watch the sea all day. The sunsets are awesome from there as well. Great having an elevator to our floor. We will definitely plan to stay here again. It’s close to everything.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt

Ich kann mich den anderen Bewertungen nur anschließen, es ist einfach eine Traumwohnung mit dem perfekten Ausblick und Lage. Martin hat uns super empfangen und sogar alles für ein Frühstück in den Kühlschrank gestellt, weil wir spät ankamen. Nochmal vielen Dank! Sowas haben wir bisher noch nie bei unsere bisherigen Ferienunterkünften erlebt. Wir waren 2 Wochen in der Wohnung und haben sogar eine Zwischenreiningung mit neuer Bettwäsche und Handtüchern erhalten. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, mit ausreichend Handtüchern und allem, was man benötigt.Die Betten haben Überlänge und sind sehr bequem. Wir haben immer Rückenprobleme, bei harten Matratzen - hier haben wir einfach nur gut geschlafen. Wir haben das Schlafzimmer zur Seite genommen. Von der Straße und der Baustelle bekommt man nicht wirklich etwas mit und auch die Nähe zum Flughafen ist absolut kein Problem. Sehr schönes Hausriff für Schnorchler (wir haben Schildkröten, einen Adlerrochen und soviel tolle Fische gesehen). Von dort kann man ganzen locker zum Bachelor Beach schnorcheln. Wir sind ungern wieder nach Deutschland geflogen und werden wiederkommen, wenn wir können. Danke nochmal an Martin und Nicole!!!!

Great property, great view, great location

Loved our stay! The view was amazing, the beach and pool gave the non-diver in our group a place to relax AND the house reef was easily accessible from shore and absolutely beautiful! Property managers were response to questions before and during our stay - no complaints.

Lovely place

Perfect for the two of us! Easy location and the elevator is so helpful with luggage. Wonderful to have the sandy beach!

Perfect condo on the ocean

The condo was exactly as pictured. The balcony looked over the beautiful ocean and we lived out there for coffee and our meals. The dive lockers were secure and convenient. Nice wash out tub. Kitchen had everything needed. Location was great for diving. Parking is a little tight but doable. Bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend it!

Amazing stay

This was our 3rd consecutive year to the island and our first year renting a condo instead of staying at a resort. The condo was beautifully furnished and had an amazing view off the balcony. The management company was amazing as well. We accidentally locked ourselves out of our condo and Martin came asap to let us back in. We loved every second of our stay.

Luxury Ocean front Condo

The condo is ocean front with a private sandy beach. watch a treat to sit on the patio and watch the beautiful sunset and listening to the ocean waves.The condo had a lot of natural light, beautiful decor. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals.

First Trip to Bonaire

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Beautiful view and the location is close to everything. Would stay here again. Only complaint is that A/C is only in the bedrooms. But that is the case with many places in Bonaire. Hosts are very easy to work with and provide great recommendations

Beautiful view, indeed

This is a lovely property in a convenient location. We snorkeled off the steps and around the island, then enjoyed the sunset from the balcony where we also watced sea turtles dancing with the surf grazing on the rocks. The property is well equipped, and the proprety managers efficient and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful astay.

Beautiful property, just as described. Property manager, Nicole and her husband, Martin were absolutely the BEST!!! They worked with us on checking in three days early and then we had to rebook flight due to weather, and they were able to quickly accomodate us for the extra days stay as well. Loved the private beach & snorkeling every day. LOVE this property and we will be back. Thanks again Nicole & Martin!

Lovely property, great location, great views!

We’ve been to Bonaire a few times. Stayed in another unit in this property, as we love the location, the convenience of the dive locker right on the property, rinse tanks, etc. Good dive site right out front, although the coral is suffering all over the island (nothing to do with this property, just sad to see!). The condo is well appointed, has everything you might need. Martin and Nicole were wonderful, as there were a few maintenance issues I reported, that were handled VERY timely! (I wish former guests would report stuff - as there was mold growing on the leaking hose under the sink, that had probably been that way awhile). I do think they may need to replace the A/C unit in the front room, as the higher ceiling (which is beautiful) prevented the room from ever fully cooling. Overall, though, Martin handled my high maintenance requests with such great customer service. Wish I could hire them for my properties!! Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Excellent property

We had a very nice stay at Bellevue #9. Martin met us and explained the property to us. The dive locker outside is secure and easily accessible. Evenings on the balcony provided cooling breeze and there are ceiling fans throughout the apartment. One of our best dives off the week was right off our own beach.

Absolute Heaven!

This was our 1st time in Bonaire, and it is now our favorite vacation destination. Nicole and her associates were absolutely great! We were met promptly at the condo. Shown around the Condo and Property. The location is excellent & what a beautiful view! The property is close to everything and has a relaxing pool and vibe. The scuba/snorkel options nearby are numerous but our favorite was just a few steps from the pool. The sea life there is amazing. The condo itself is well appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable weeklong stay. We met several of the neighbors and loved every minute. Highly recommend the property and management company. We've been to a lot of countries and islands, this one we will be back to.
