Pristine + Monkeys + Walking distance to town

This unique place has a style all its own. You walk into the balcony with lots of green surroundings and monkeys early mornings and afternoons. Lots of light and space to enjoy the magic of Costa Rica.
This pristine and just remodeled 2 bedroom condo is located about a nice 15 min walk to town in a small gated community with only 9 units. The pool area is great and it has a charcoal grill for those who like BBQs. Bathrooms with rain shower and hot water.

Guest will have access to all the condo, pool and bbq area. The parking is only for 1 car.

The condo is located on a 3rd floor no elevator so keep in mind when booking this unit. It is a spacious and beautiful condo located about 15 mins walking from the beach in the higher part of town which is more residential and quiet for those seeking for a place to relax. If you rent a car, bikes or golf cart, everything will be within 2 mins distance which is super convenient.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, closet, tv and a full bathroom with double sink.
Second bedroom has a queen bed with nice closet space. The other bathroom is outside the bedroom but right outside your door. There is a stackable washer/dryer available to our guests.
The kitchen comes fully equipped and it has everything you need while on vacation, including dishwasher, oven, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, kettle and a WINE FRIDGE :)

The living room has a smart tv and a sofa bed that comfortably sleeps 2 kids or 1 adult or 2 small adults (FULL).

The outdoor area and cross ventilation from the apartment are the best as you can see the monkeys hanging and eating around in the afternoons and early mornings.

The pool area is nice and its only shared with 8 apartments, same as the bbq area.

Please note this is a 3rd floor unit with NO elevator. There is a building next door which is under construction but that does not affect the unit or our building at all. You will have to park outside (there is a guard) and walk a pathway to get to pool and then to condo but nothing bad

Pretty condo on a nice property

Well appointed spacious condo just a short walk to town. The property is well kept with a lovely pool and is a nice calm reprieve at the end of a busy day. Andrea, the property manager, was excellent with communication and offering any additional help while we were there.

Place mostly as advertised

Nice place with modern touches. Nice pool, close to town but quiet. We even saw the advertised monkeys. However little things like basic condiments such as salt and pepper and the ability to make ice were non existent. No mention from the host that the entry gate into the complex had a key code, we were lucky enough to bump into some other guests who gave us the code otherwise we would not been able to get out on our first morning there. Compared to other hosts on our stay who made a point of being helpful, this one lagged behind.

Beautiful condo in a quiet, peaceful location! Amazing experience seeing monkeys right off our balcony several mornings of our stay. Highly recommend this place!

Wonderful stay in Tamarindo!

We had some difficulty finding this rental when we arrived the first day at night. After calling the owner a gentlemen met us in just a few minutes and took us to the condo. Nice place to stay and the pool was fabulous.

Wonderful Stay - Pura vida!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo, the condo was clean, practically just renovated with top notch quality, kitchen was well stocked, and the pool was wonderful. This condo only shares the pool with 5 other units so you typically get the pool all to yourself most of the time, when you don't the owners we met were super friendly! The walk to beach is not bad (a portion of dirt road to walk along so keep that in mind), as others mentioned, about 15 minutes, and only 10 minutes walk to the closest grocery store. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and will be back! One thing to keep in mind if you do need parking, they are building another set of condos to the south of this one (in location of current parking lot) just something to keep in mind to check with the property manager prior to booking. We were booted out of our spot to allow for construction on the final day of our stay, (minor inconvenience) Regardless. Five stars!
