Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms sleep up to 10 guests across six beds. The main master suite opens directly to the pool area and features a king bed, rain shower, bidet, and smart TV. The second master suite offers its own privacy with a king bed, smart TV, and ceiling fan. A third bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth is a Toy Story-themed kids' room with two single beds and a TV - a dedicated space little ones will love. The living room also features a queen-size memory foam sofa bed for additional flexibility.

Game room
When the parks can wait, the air-conditioned game room delivers. Guests have access to a pool table, ping pong table, arcade games, life-size games, board games, and children's books and toys - enough to keep every age group entertained. A ceiling fan keeps the space comfortable through a full day of play.

Living spaces
The living room flows easily between relaxation and productivity, with a dedicated workspace in a private room for guests balancing a remote working schedule. The family room connects directly to the kitchen and opens to the pool patio, making that indoor-outdoor transition effortless.

A fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything your group needs. Appliances include an LG refrigerator, GE stainless steel electric stove, stainless steel oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, Keurig, hot water kettle, toaster, and blender. Cookware, dishes, wine glasses, baking sheets, and barbecue utensils are all provided. Breakfast is included with your stay, and the dining table seats the whole group for shared meals.

Outdoor area
Step outside to a private backyard with a pool view and open patio layout. The private outdoor pool is available year-round, open 24 hours, and comes with pool toys. The spa is also available year-round and open 24 hours. Pool and spa heating is available at an additional fee. A private gas BBQ grill, sun loungers, outdoor dining area, and outdoor furniture complete the space - ready for long evenings under the Florida sky.

Resort access & location
Guests enjoy free access to nearby resort amenities including a shared gym, basketball and tennis courts, volleyball, and lake access via a path or dock. Fishing is also available nearby. The villa is 10 miles from Disney World - covering Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, EPCOT, and Hollywood Studios - and is also well-placed for Universal Studios, Universal Epic Universe, SeaWorld, and other major Orlando Area attractions.

The home is single-level with no stairs, making it easy for all guests to move around. High-speed WiFi is available throughout, along with a 55-inch HDTV and a full suite of streaming services including Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Roku, and Fire TV, plus standard cable. A washer and dryer are available in-unit at no charge, and the home is equipped with central air conditioning, central heating, and room-darkening shades throughout. Exterior security cameras are positioned at the front and back of the property for guest and owner security - none face any interior spaces. A smart lock enables self check-in. Housekeeping is available at an extra cost. Please note that the AC system is set to turn off automatically if exterior doors are left open for more than five minutes - keeping doors closed ensures a consistently cool and comfortable home.
