Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms sleep up to 10 guests. Two master suites each come with a king bed and ensuite bathroom - the main suite opens directly onto the pool deck and includes a rain shower, bidet, and smart TV, while the second suite has its own smart TV and ceiling fan for added comfort. A third bedroom offers a queen bed, and the fourth is a theme room with two single beds and a TV, a fun fit for younger travelers. A crib and a pack ‘n play are always available, along with a standalone high chair, children’s books and toys, board games, and children’s dinnerware - handy extras for families traveling with little ones.

Living & work spaces
The living room includes a queen-size memory foam sofa bed, and a dedicated workspace in its own room with a door gives remote-working guests a quiet place to focus. The family room connects to the kitchen and opens onto the pool patio, with a large smart TV and an easy indoor-outdoor flow for the whole group to spread out.

Kitchen & dining
Cook with ease in a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a built-in air fryer oven. You’ll find cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a dishwasher, hot water kettle, drip coffee maker and Keurig, wine glasses, toaster, baking sheet, and blender on hand. Breakfast is included with your stay, and the dining table is the natural gathering spot for it each morning.

Game room & entertainment
Step into the air-conditioned game room for a convertible table that switches between ping pong and pool, plus arcade games, life-size games, and pool toys for the kids. Smart TVs throughout the home give access to Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video, and more, and an ethernet connection backs up the WiFi for a steady connection.

Outdoor area
Your private backyard includes a pool and a spa, both available year-round and open 24 hours (heating available for an additional fee), along with a gas BBQ grill, sun loungers, and outdoor furniture on the patio. The pool is maintained weekly, with a skimmer on hand for guests between visits.

You’re close to Sea World, Disney World (Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, EPCOT, and Hollywood Studios), and Universal Orlando (Universal Studios and Universal’s EPIC Universe), making this home a convenient base for a multi-park trip. Guests also have free access to nearby resort facilities, including a shared gym, basketball and tennis courts, volleyball, and fishing from a nearby lake path or dock.

Good to know
The AC automatically shuts off if exterior doors are left open for more than five minutes, so keeping doors closed helps maintain a consistently cool home. Self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival simple, and housekeeping is available at an extra cost during your stay.
