The building is currently undergoing spalling repairs and full exterior painting as part of its ongoing improvement project.
Please be advised: Balcony access for this unit/stack (Phase 4) is expected to be restricted from approximately late October 2026 through March 2027. These dates are subject to change due to weather or unforeseen delays.

• The exact work dates for this stack will be confirmed closer to the scheduled timeframe. (Questions? Feel free to reach out)
• The actual impact to this unit is expected to last approximately 1–3 weeks within that timeframe.
• Exterior balcony furniture will be removed during the affected work period.

-Starter condo supplies, including dish soap, dish sponge, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, paper towel, and toilet paper (guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during their stay)
Note: This is a legal one bedroom condo because of its size and full kitchen, however there is a partition that separates the bedroom from the living room.
CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

We had an excellent stay and would absolutely come back. The views are incredible—waking up and winding down with that backdrop never got old. The unit was spotless on arrival and clearly well cared for.Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. You’re just steps from the lagoon and easy access to great surf spots, plus a quick walk to Ala Moana Mall and multiple grocery stores, which made everything super convenient.The kitchen was a standout—very well stocked and thoughtfully set up. As someone who actually cooks, I appreciated having proper equipment and space to work with, not just the usual barebones setup.Overall, a fantastic spot that delivers on comfort, convenience, and quality. Highly recommend.

Perfect family condo stay

Great location with amazing ocean, lagoon and pool view! The apartment was cleaned and with all amenities to a very comfortable stay. The building although busy was clean, quiet, and with many options such as ice cream, coffee place or restaurants at the lobby or nearby. Community was very good as well. Would love to return.

This condo was better than expected. Beautiful, clean, spacious and great views of the beach. The building itself was conveniently located walking distance to beach, multiple restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend this condo!
