Preparing a tasty meal has never been more fun in this kitchen with all your basic cookware & stainless steel appliances, toaster oven, pots/pans, plates/bowls and utensils. Our guests love to sit down and enjoy meals together connecting at the dining table and kitchen island.

Retreat back to your individual rooms and enjoy style and comfort like your own home. Skip the stairs with our lower level bedroom featuring a queen sized bed and full bathroom located just outside the bedroom. Upstairs we offer a spacious master ensuite including a king bed, large shower, and garden tub. Additionally there are two other sizable bedrooms both with Queen beds, a mixed use room with two twin beds, and a full bathroom.

Fresh towels, and linens are provided for each guest, as well as plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap; Hairdryers are also available in the property as well.

Don’t forget to spend some time outside in the fully fenced in backyard and take advantage of Charlotte’s beautiful seasons. Approved pets are welcome!

The 2 car garage is available for guest use!

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to all 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, laundry room, and back yard. Only the locked owner's closet is unavailable. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway and on the street.

Self-entry via electronic lock, meaning quick easy access for everyone in the group. An early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the University Area near UNCC, this home is ideal for families visiting students or groups exploring Charlotte. Nestled in the quaint Carb Orchard neighborhood, it offers quick access to North Charlotte’s restaurants, bars, and shops.

Other Things to Note:
**House Rules**
Each guest will be provided a rental agreement before the start of your reservation.
Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature, payment of money, or taking possession of the property are evidence of your acceptance of the agreement.
The booking guest is required to complete the check-in form with a valid government ID.  Missing or inaccurate information will result in a termination of your stay without refund.
Minimum booking age: 25 years old.
If the booking party is under 25, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a *refundable $1000 security deposit along with an ID of guest who is 25 or above. Alternatively the reservation may be canceled and refunded based on the cancellation policy.

Access to the Home:
Early check-in (1:00 PM) may be requested and will be accommodated if possible.
Cost: $99 + Booking platform fees
Enjoy private access to the entire home, aside from the locked owner’s closet.
Be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Check-in is at 5:00 PM
Check-out is at 11:00 AM
Holdover or Late Checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period.

Quiet Hours - Beginning 10 PM:
You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay, please do not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests on the booking are allowed on premises.
No parties are permitted. Any neighborhood disturbance will result in a $400 fine and termination of your stay without refund.

Pets:
Approved pets must be confirmed prior to check-in, (3 pets maximum). Pending approval, the exact count needs to be added to the reservation prior to check in. Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats allowed.
Pet owners must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age. If pet stays are longer than 1 week, MyTripify may require guests to purchase travel insurance.
Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Removal of pet hair from furniture will result in additional fees up to $300.
Pet owners are to clean up after all waste in the yard and surrounding area. Any damages done will be charged to the guest.

Parking:
Any parking or driving on the grass is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine. Follow posted signage for street parking.

Smoking:
No smoking whatsoever inside the home.
Smoking is permitted outside only. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside. If the house smells of smoke or remnants are found inside, a smoking fee will be issued of $500.

Damages:
Guests are responsible to immediately report and pay for any damages cause during their stay.

Internet Usage:
We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless us for any damages caused by illegal internet use.

Trash:
Trash should fit into the outside receptacles or be removed disposed of prior to checkout. Any trash that does not fit into the outside receptacles will incur an additional $75 per bag charge.
