Photo shoots and film shoots also not allowed during your stay but can be booked separately with 72 hour posting to neighbors and the requisite permits.

Pool maintenance is every Monday and Thursday am. He will let himself into the backyard and takes about 15 minutes unless there has been a big wind storm prior.

Gardener is here every Thursday am and is here about 40 minutes. He uses an electric blower.

Trash pick-up is every Monday morning. Bins are at the back of the carport and they will come get the bins and put them back.

DINING ROOM - features a Saarinen Style round dining table and tulip chairs with Knoll fabric cushions and an Adrian Pearsall saucer-style lighting chandelier. The dining area is nicely situated next to the fully stocked kitchen - whether you want to cook an elaborate meal or prep for grilling outside or just want to curl up with a bowl of organic popcorn and watch a movie. A full selection of organic coffee beans and organic teas along with organic sugar, honey, and coconut sugar. You'll also find organic condiments in the fridge for your use.

Heading outside you will find a stunning backyard offering complete privacy from the street and the neighbors. Designed as a sunken living room by the renowned Desert Landscape Design firm as featured on the cover of Atomic Ranch magazine. Gaze upon the minimalist design featuring Palm trees, Barrel cactus, Ocotillo, Agave, Yuccas, and Lemon, Lime and Grapefruit trees (help yourself to any ripe fruit) that look even more exquisite lit up at night. Take your pick of 44 pieces of white metal vintage Homestead furniture to relax and lounge on allowing for multiple seating areas to gather together in the outdoor living room, at the fire pit, relax on the pool loungers or gather at the tables.

Relax in the soothing waters of the salt water pool or the Ozone system Jacuzzi with 39 jets to massage all your cares away and gaze at the larger than life San Jacinto Mountains. Grab your tongs and start grilling on the gas BBQ grill. There is also a grassy area specially designed for your fur babies!

Just off the Primary Sapphire Bedroom with a walk in shower and all essentials provided boasts designer Dusen Dusen 100% brushed cotton terry towels - 700 GSM and Oeko-Tex certified (no harmful chemicals were used during its production). The colors in the bathroom key off the playful designs of these towels carried in the MOMA museum gift shop. Non-toxic shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion as well as organic castille hand soap.

The bathroom door opens directly to the pool area.

There are 3 cameras, one at the front door facing towards the street, one at the carport door facing the door, and one at the east side of the house covering the backyard and perimeter so we can keep an eye on things when the house is vacant between guests.

Fully equipped to prepare meals with ceramic non-toxic pots and pans, electric kettle, large toaster oven/air fryer, full set of knives, Cuisinart food processor, blender, vintage Krups coffee maker, French Press, stovetop espresso maker as well as a selection of organic coffees - regular, decaf and espresso - and organic teas, honey and sugar. In the fridge you will find organic mustard, mayo, ketchup as well as organic olive oil, vinegars and spices.
Parking is available in the carport and driveway of the house as well as street parking. This is a quiet neighborhood of cul-de-sac homes so easily walkable and bikeable.
