We live nearby on a small farm in Lillian, Alabama - just 20 to 25 minutes from Perdido Key and we now own four Indigo 2 br condos. We started handling our own condo rentals in 2011, sort of by happenstance. We dropped by one of our condo rentals and discovered that it was not anywhere close to being as clean as our standards would require. We rolled up our sleeves and spent the next 4 hours double teaming the cleaning ourselves. When our guests arrived, they were astounded to find such a clean condo and that made us feel very proud and we were happy to know we had pleased our incoming guests. From there, the rest is history as they say. For more than 14 years now, we have personally handled all bookings, check-ins, housekeeper coordination, cleaning inspections, deep cleans, etc., and we have made many great friends and enjoy a repeat business level of more than 80%. If you want to develop a quality relationship with an actual owner/operator of an Indigo condo - you should give us a try. We promise you won't be disappointed. We are conscientious to a fault. This property is cleaner than clean, and is luxuriously appointed. Leather sofas, luxury mattresses, extremely high quality furnishings throughout. A very large and well-stocked kitchen, travertine and real wood flooring. A beautiful long wooden dining table that seats 6 for many memorable meals. The lap of luxury, but at an affordable price.

Having a separate room for our queen size sleeper sofa (with ultra luxury mattress) is what makes this 2 br condo seem almost like a 3 br. While we are still promoting this condo as only for 6 guests, the fact that the sleeper sofa is not in the main living area is a huge benefit to guests who are not wanting to disrupt the living area for the purpose of sleeper sofa use. We realize that sometimes a portion of the group would like to continue conversing in the family room, yet the children or others may be ready for bed. This special use of space allows that. We have gotten such positive feedback on this sleeper sofa and its arrangement, we are now ordering one for our one of our other 2 br condos that we own at Indigo. We now have a total of 4 condos (2 br size) for our guests to choose from.
