Indigo Condominiums is a gated community in Perdido Key, FL offering you a quiet, family friendly area of the Gulf Coast for your next Getaway! Indigo is a family-friendly residence that takes pride in quality and attention to detail throughout. Indigo is Serenity at the Beach, Perfected. Surrounded by a beautiful tropical paradise, you can relax in the sparkling blue waters of the 133,000-gallon zero-entry pool or take advantage of the shade cast by the poolside Gazebo while children play in the bubbling fountains. The smaller circular pool is heated seasonally, and the 13-person hot tub is heated year-round to soak away your worries. Take a short walk over the dune crossovers and feel the 500 feet of private, sugar-white sand between your toes. Seasonal beach chair service (March – October) is available – so you can relax and unwind while the Gulf laps at your toes. Cross overs are equipped with card readers allowing easy access and securing the property. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

1. 7-night minimum reservation required (Saturday to Saturday during summer months).
2. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
3. No Smoking or Vaping in condo, balcony, common areas, community grounds or beach. There is a designated smoking area near the West Tower parking lot.
4. Pets are not allowed.
5. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

This condo was wonderful! Great views of the gulf from the master bedroom and the living area. Wonderful pool and great beach access. Super easy booking process, checking in and checking out process.

Beautiful gulf views, very comfortable and convenient unit to pools, beach access and local restaurants. Highly recommend for all to enjoy.

Family vacation 2024

It was an awesome stay. Clean units and property. Loved the pools and beach area. Its a very secure facility we had 4 units there total and we will be back. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful.

Great condo and facility

I can only give a four star for overall rating because the mattresses on both of the beds were extremely firm which I find uncomfortable. Other than that the condo was clean and nicely decorated and the facility with the pools is always enjoyable.

Vaca 2022

Our family enjoyed our stay at Indigo E0403 very much. This is a very nice unit. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the cookware.

We had a great time at Indigo and the condo was beautiful.

The condo was beautiful. However, you should remove the statement that says that one umbrella and two beach chairs are available with rental. It is very misleading, as they are available if you RENT them, just like any other condo.

Planning our return

This is an awesome property. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our week of relaxation. We never heard a neighbor. The pool area was amazing. There were always chairs available. The condo was well equipped with everything you need for a great week at the beach. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare great meals. We will be back.

Good clean and safe condominium complex.

The room was great! Love the setup of the condominium. You get off the elevator directly at your condo. Feel much safer. The washer drainage had some issues, but these got fixed. The only negative was the construction noise on Saturday and Sunday all day long.

Indigo 403 — NOT GOOD

Property management was efficient and understanding. Accommodations were terrible. Small uncomfortable chairs in every room, rusty non-reclining and uncomfortable chairs on patio, kitchen just ok, and no curtains for privacy or to keep out morning sun. I will never rent this one again.

Love Indigo- not E403

We’ve rented at Indigo for several years and love the amenities and location. This yr, the condo E403 was not up to standard as in past. No pantry, very little kitchen pans, plates utensil etc, many broken.. Master shower had mold, rust and shower scum!! No window covers, blinds in living room. Chair broken in living room . Etc, etc.. we advised mgmt company and they said it will be noted.. At least a deep clean to condo should’ve been done. I have to wonder if owner knows condition of thei condo?

Beautiful unit above pool

Indigo E0403 was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. The unit was newly updated and had modern furnishings in great condition, including a new large TV in the living room. Many beach units have twin beds in the second bedroom; since we were traveling with all adults, it was nice that each of the two bedrooms has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen was decently stocked, though could use a better skillet, larger coffee mugs, and a baking sheet. The washer was huge, and a new dryer was installed during our stay. The balcony is a nice size, and the table was great for eating outside. The balcony is above the pool (open 8 am to 10 pm), and there were lots of young children running and screaming throughout the day. So this unit may not be a good choice if you are looking for quiet. The windows and balcony doors are very well insulated, however, so you don't hear much noise (or the waves) when closed. Beach umbrella and chair service was available during our April stay for an additional cost through a separate service provider (cash or check only, paid to the attendant on the beach). Overall, we really enjoyed staying at Indigo E0403!

Not a welcoming introduction.

Let me say that first impressions mean a lot and I did not feel very welcomed when I came through the door. I was greeted with confusing instructions for check in. I was given the location of the condo, the gate code and the front door used key cards... no further instructions on where to pick up key cards though. I finally found someone who lead me to the front desk where I acquired a welcome packet from a wonderful lady named Loraine. She worked for the condo not the management company Vacasa. When I opened the front door the aroma of insecticide about knocked me down. After the delay of checking in I needed to use the restroom and realized that the partial roll of TP was it. After looking around I thought for a moment I was in the wrong room. There was nothing that indicated they were expecting me. I would have been happy with a simple note from the exterminator saying sorry for the smell. There was nothing. A big zero. The condo was wonderful, the view spectacular. It's the little things that will stand out when we go to book our next stay. After this experience we will think twice about renting through Vacasa.
