Thank you for the kind review, and congratulations on such a meaningful celebration! A 60th anniversary surrounded by 17 family members is truly something special, and we are honored the home played a part in making it memorable. It is wonderful to hear the elevator made the home accessible for everyone, and that the views from the third floor delivered. There really is something magical about that perspective. The pool and amenities are always a hit with the little ones too, so we are glad everyone found their happy place. Your Property Manager will be so glad to hear his help made a difference for your group. We would love the pleasure of hosting you and yours again the next time your travels bring you to the Siesta Key, Lido Key, Anna Maria, or Clearwater Beach areas! -Vunique Vacations

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We are glad to hear the backyard was a highlight and that the kids had such a great time. We also want to take a moment to address a few of your concerns. Regarding the golf cart charging, outlets at this home are located on the second floor and above due to Florida flood codes, which restrict ground level electrical installations. Most golf cart rental companies will deliver or provide an extension cord upon request, and our team is also happy to assist in coordinating that for future guests. As for the beach access, we understand how frustrating standing water can be. This time of year is our heaviest rain season on the Key, and flooding in the lower lying areas can unfortunately occur. It is outside of our direct control, but we are sorry it impacted your beach days. On the clogged drain and the trash situation, had our team been made aware during your stay, we would have been more than happy to clear the drain and empty the bins promptly. We always encourage guests to reach out the moment something comes up so we can take care of it in real time. Thank you again for sharing your feedback. -Vunique Vacations
