My bestfriend and I stayed here for a weekend get away and it truly was a perfect stay! It was just a minutes walk away from the beach and a short bike ride to seaside which truly allowed us to make the best memories. We loved winding down each night in the hot tub also. The house had plenty of space and was very clean. The hosts were so easy to communicate with and responded right away each time. I would definitely stay here again and will be recommending to my family and friends.

Florida stay

The property was very clean and very beautiful! A short walk to the beach access and in the middle of everything on 30A. I would recommend getting a golf cart to make things easier but other than that it was wonderful !

Perfect for Two in Seagrove

Sun Palace was the perfect property for our anniversary getaway! The location is quiet with easy access to the beach. We enjoyed riding the bikes provided around Seaside, Watercolor and Seagrove. We really appreciated the hot tub to relax in after a day at the beach. The amenities offered inside the property were just right. The bed was comfortable, kitchen supplies adequate and decor nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Friendly & Quiet Neighborhood

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is one of the friendliest neighborhoods I've ever stayed at in Florida. It's such a great place to stay super close to the beach just to walk away. I will stay there again! Awesome layout and has everything you would ever need on vacation! Publix is right down the street to shop for groceries and tons of places to eat!

Hot tub has severe electrical problems and would only just heat the water. No bubbles. Obviously, our number one complaint. We had immediately notified the Oversee office the morning after our evening arrival. They sent several people out including an electrician during the week we were in residence. No one could resolve the issue and finally one electrician stated that they would need authorization from the owner for a major overall and that would take time. By this stage we were on our last day of our stay. Oversee did finally offer to refund us 450 after much complaining on our part. We will see if they actually come through with the refund. The hot tub is advertised on VRBO as the major advantage of this rental. I would recommend the ad be discontinued until the hot tub is fixed. Also, any rentals by other people who have already paid be notified Another important issue is the shower would not maintain any hot temperature without suddenly turning cold. No movement of the lever initiated this lack of hot water. Then suddenly we would have hot water again. A third issue was the presence of a significant amount of crawling insects inside the house when we arrived. I told Oversee that they needed a visit from a exterminator. There is a hole in the wall by the toilet that needs to be repaired. My husband wants to also mention that the stools by the kitchen island was the only place to eat a meal. And the stools were very uncomfortable.

Privacy

Other than the Wi-Fi password being wrong and not having the front door code in the app the stay was perfect. Both of the above were promptly resolved by management. The side where the hot tub was located was very quiet and private (so long as the empty lot nextdoor stays that way). Wonderful place to stay to relax and unwind and just a short walk or bike ride to the beach.
