We're sorry for the disturbances caused by other guests and concerns about smoking and safety; guest comfort and safety are priorities for us. We apologize that you were unhappy with the cleaning. We try to make sure everything is clean, sanitized, and ready for guests arrival. However, it is possible that our cleaning team may have missed something and we would have sent someone back to reclean if we were notified. Tidewater is an extremely popular resort and during the month of June there may be a wait for the elevator and chairs.
